Property Ratings at Pine Lakes Preserve
Do not move here! Nothing in the apartment was cleaned or checked before the last tenant moved out. I moved in on May 13th and have nothing but regrets. For starters the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. I have vacuumed up at least 5 vacuums full of dog hair and the place still smells like wet dog. Even rented a carpet cleaner to no avail. Nothing in my apartment was new or fixed or cleaned when I moved in. The sinks were leaking. The porch screens are broken. Microwave and dishwasher are broken, door jam is broken. Fridge light was out. The in home washer and dryer they provide is so rusted it shredded my towels. To top it off it is raining in my apartment. I’ve emailed and driven to the office about this and still no fix. And I say drive to the office because the phones have also been down for weeks. It had to be raining in this apartment before I moved in but I was not told that before moving in. It has rained much so until there is now a crack in the wall where the rain is coming through and I’m being told for weeks now they are waiting on the roofers. The water is also coming from the apartment above mine and there are water spots on the ceiling. Which is definitely not safe. They don’t tell you about the hidden fees. You are charged a fee to pay your rent online. The fee is over $40. Late rent fees are also over $100. I’ve never regretted a decision so much. I moved into an apartment with everything broken and hidden fees.
2yrs in gods willing I will be here longer. Awesome staff that cares about residents, very clean environment, I love taking my toddler for walks around the complex and relaxing at the pools.absolutely the best apartment complex in Port St.Lucie

I would not recommend Pine Lakes to anyone at this moment, I would eventually want to but the service has been terrible and I am constantly confused and aggravated by the lack of organization and response time of the complex.
Pine Lakes Preserve Apartment homes are very nice and all staff do a great job. Work orders are completed fast and professionally. We have live here for 8 months and are totally satisfied.

I’ve been living in Pine Lakes for all for three years now. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help. The maintenance department try very hard to keep the community and the apartments up to par. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is always taken care of within 2 to 3 hours of me notifying them. I highly recommend Pine Lakes Preserve if you are looking for a place to live or call home.

When my wife and I moved in last year our apartment was never cleaned from the previous tenants. Whenever there is a problem it takes months before a service call or action is taken. The units are fitted with cheapest cabinets and furnishings from ikea. And I may add, parking is first come first serve. Good luck finding a place to park. This place is highway robbery. Steer clear.

Apartment was not ready when we moved in. Have had roaches and the dog park has fleas and area is not treated. The jacuzzi has never worked since I moved in 5 months ago. The parking is very congested and forget about the maintenance. The office staff will give you excuses and once maintenance comes the issues doesn't get fixed they just put a band-aid on it. I thought this was a luxury style apartment complex and am very disapointed.

I have been living in this community since August of 2019, and I am very satisfied with their commitment to keep the property and functional and in beautiful condition. They strive to make sure that the residents are treated fairly, ethically and welcoming. I look forward to the Future in this community with our new Smart Rent features as well, great upgrade!
This is really a great place to live. You get a lot for your money and the staff here try hard to please! Good amenities and they are constantly trying to update them. You are close to everything you need in this neighborhood and close to beaches, etc. Highly recommended!

Pine Lakes Perderves has been my home for 2 years now. The staff is amazing, I cant say the same for all the neighbors but its like that anywhere you go. Overall Im very happy with my experience here.

The amenities here are great and fun to use when they are working and clean, but it is not enjoyable when some residents disregard rules or fail to help keep areas clean and the amount of time it takes for them to be cleaned. I have enjoyed my time here for the most part.

Ive been living at Pine Lakes preserve for a year. The community is kept from landscape,pool service, business office. Staff is doing a great job with keeping us safe during this corona pandemic. I really like this community. The people here are very friendly. If there is a concern it will be addressed in a reasonable amount of time. The apartments are nicely decorated. The pools are well kept. There are tennis courts, a playground area, and pet park which is also very well kept. The trash people are easy to deal with and service is acceptable. Overall, this is a good community.

Pine lakes is an amazing place to live. The staff makes sure we are living at our finest. I only had planned on living here for one year, before moving into a house. However, here I am three years later still living here, moved to a bigger apartment and all. So comfortable here, I don't want to live nowhere else.

Pine Lakes Preserve is a great community to live in..the staff and workers on site are all friendly and helpful!! I love to be able to take a walk around the lake and enjoy the pool. We live in an awesome location close to everything you need!!

Experience is decent overall. Safety is my number one priority and Having small children Id like to see some things potentially change addressing the excessive speed in the parking lots by cars.
