2.5 year review. The staff is friendly. If work is needed to be done, it's done within a timely manner. Overall the place is quiet. Near the highway. Gas station and McDonald's very close. My only complaint is the Michigan weather.

Told us we could rent apartment, took all of our money, ran background checks etc. Everyone signed the lease including property managers and then they call 1 week before move in and said "we made a mistake... sorry. " What a joke! Find a different apartment!!!

Nice size apartments if you get an end unit. But stay away from the 3rd floors, especially if the half moon window faces the west. In the summer (or honestly any day that's sunny) the sun heats the apartment like crazy and the AC won't cool it off. We can't use the oven or stove on those days because it gets to almost 80 degrees. We've had maintenance to our apartment multiple times to check out the ac and they even put in a brand new unit but it still gets hot in here. We have a baby and a dog and our electric bill is super high to try and keep them comfortable, which we really can't do.
