Probably the single best location for safety, beauty, freeway access (both of them), walkability, and private exclusive parking. Amenities are wonderful and the openness from management to improve and maintain is such a breath of fresh air. Everyone is nice and I’ve never had a theft problem or anything noticeably inhospitable. In fact, I get things returned to me I didn’t even know I lost. Compared to other Greystar properties, Pilot and park living and interior feel is definitely the most designer. I most enjoy that the parking is exclusive for residents and locked down with double safety features. The property is made very modern for ease of use, which is great for people who choose to live in a rental because you can’t be bothered with fixing constantly, and as someone who wants to feel like I’m at home even when I leave my front door, it still has personality, luxury, and warmth. Maintained well even after 1 year of opening. Only downside is the hodgepodge package room. But if everyone complains enough, they always fix whatever the issue is. I’ll definitely be renewing and recommending.

Not great no AC for 5 days and no response from main manager.

We’re truly so sorry that you experienced any frustration with your AC and want you to know how much we care about making things right when issues come up. While our manager was away, our team reached out by phone and email every day to try to connect and help, and a temporary cooling solution was placed in your home while the repair was in progress. As soon as the manager returned, she followed up with you right away, and the AC was fully repaired within four days. We completely understand how uncomfortable it is to be without AC, even for a short time, and we did everything we could to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We’re very sorry that we fell short of your expectations during this time and sincerely hope you’ll give us the chance to turn your experience around moving forward.

Living at this apartment complex in Savannah, GA, near the downtown area and riverwalk, has been an incredible experience! The management team—Rebecca, Tiffany, Emma, and Hannah—go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They're friendly, accommodating, and truly invested in building a strong sense of community through fun social events and thoughtful touches. The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy all the amazing dining, entertainment, and nightlife options downtown, but just far enough away to offer a peaceful and quiet atmosphere when you want to relax. It’s the best of both worlds! The amenities are unbeatable. The pool area offers stunning views of Eastern Wharf and the river, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The gym is hands down the best apartment gym I’ve ever seen, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great workout. The complex is also extremely pet-friendly—my dog is treated like a VIP every time we visit the office, always showered with treats and attention. Overall, this is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in, thanks to the beautiful units, amazing amenities, and a management team that truly makes it feel like home. I can’t recommend it enough!
