Property Ratings at Pier Park Crossings
There are so many great things about PPCrossings -- location, amenities, etc. HOWEVER, if you are on the first or second floor, you will hear every step from above. Every time the dog jumps off the couch and scurries across the room. Every time they flush the toilet, run the dishwasher, bathe.... it is NEVER ending. Complaints are met with, yeah, there is not much insulation between the floors. Yet this is a St. Joe property. You expect better construction. And you expect a more receptive voice from the office. How about a letter to all tenants with this reminder? How about a quiet time? My upstairs neighbor vacuumed her entire apartment last night at 9:30. It is never ending with the upstairs noise! It would be ideal if she worked nights.

We have lived here since they first started leasing apartments out 3 years ago! The management has changed a few times, but the current manager is amazing and super sweet! She defiantly goes above and beyond the expectation along with the front office staff! They keeps the grounds maintained and beautiful! We love living here!

I’ve never really had big complaints here. Love the location and the prices are good, given the location, and post hurricane Michael price spike. I’ve noticed alot of new faces with staff and things are improving where I didn’t even think they could. Maintenance has always been good, but they are great now! Same with the office. There has been some obvious issues with the construction of the newest buildings like move in delays, etc., but that’s to be expected. Jennifer definitely helped with those issues and assisted us through getting moved in and beyond and kept us in the loop as things changed. She’s definitely learned that an explanation goes a long way. Can’t really say that about a whole bunch of people. Glad I found this place!!

Extremely unprofessional staff. Hardly replied to my e-mails or calls once I paid the 250$ application/reservation fee. Always made promises of move in dates that they would postpone within 7 days of said move-in date. When some kid finally does answer the phone he tells me he’s going to “e-mail Jennifer(asst. manager) to call me back” instead of asking her to call me when she’s right next to him after I send her plenty of unanswered e-mails. She always made promises of reaching out to me and never did, leaving me to get blindsided when I finally got a hold of her. It’s really sad, people are still struggling to find a place and they left me in limbo for 6 months after initially promising an apt in July...
