Property Ratings at Pickwick Apartments
I have been here for a little over a year. Joanne is the best! I've had a few maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The complex is clean and very quiet and close to malls, grocery stores and entertainment. Although I haven't been able to attend due to work schedule, they have different events throughout the year for residents. Great place to live. Hats off to the staff and maintenance crew!!!
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. Nice and quiet community. I have a nice apt for the price. However, it comes with a price. I’m on the top floor and it gets extremely hot in the summer, to the point my ac is practically running 24/7. Also, don’t expect maintenance to be helpful. I’ve been changing my air filters myself because they haven’t in 4 years, even when asked. If something’s broken they’ll say they fixed it and close the work order, even if it’s still broke.

We lived here for more than 2 years. I'm impressed by management and maintenance services. This community is very clean and secure. The apartments are well ventilated. There is hardly any maintenance issue and if there is any they address it in less than 12 hours. The rent is reasonable compare to the quality of apartment. The location is great and very close to malls, grocery stores.Great place to live! Best wishes to the Pickwick Team!
I lived here for about 4 years and never had any issues. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If repairs were needed, maintenance repaired immediately, no questions asked. The apartment complex is maintained clean and well maintained.. And on top of that it's conveniently located in an area where I had easy access to major highways like 295, NJ Turnpike, 38, 41 and 73. Very close to Philadelphia and only 1 1/2 away from New York. When I lived here I loved coming home to my spacious one bedroom and loved sliding my living door open which provided me access to the patio area overlooking the pool. Nice place to live and I would recommended to my friends and family.
Living in this apartment is very nice, comfortable, and welcoming. Available parking, maintenance is always available and reliable. No bug issues and very quiet area. Very safe at day/night, the apartment is very spacious and allows alot of moving and redesigning to our liking. I would definately refer friends/family to pickwick apartment.
Pickwick is a very nice location near the NJ turnpike and many places to shop. It is a very quiet friendly neighborhood. The apartments are a nice size and if you ever have a problem with something breaking, maintenance attends to the issue promptly.
