Came in for a tour on my day off and the lady in the front almost refused to giving me a tour. She asked me a million questions like “do you even meet the income qualifications” “are you sure you have good enough credit”. My friend applied and got denied due to credit history. Once she found out who my friend was she start treating me like trash.

The property was fine, but trying to work with the staff in the office was difficult. They constantly switch around their staff, they do not get back to you in a timely manner, and it is inconvenient having to chase after them all the time. I hope you will improve on this.

Tow truck roams the complex looking to tow cars. $300 minimum to get your vehicle back. They may as well just charge for parking.

It has been an absolute pleasure living here, amenities are endless, and the price/location/sqft unmatched anywhere. Nighttime security is always readily available. The service work requests are always on time and quickly resolved. A very prestigious, military and pet friendly location. Leaving this month, and Will miss living here. If your lucky enough to find one available I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity, it’s a rare find.

There is no parking and they will tow your car for hundreds of dollars if you park in office spaces. This place is trashhhhh. Find a place with better management.

While the home was nice and the front office responsive and kind when moving in and when work orders were submitted, this company takes advantage of it’s renters and has unethical practices. When moving in our place was not cleaned and we had to request it be redone. We carefully documented any issues and took care of our home as if we owned it. We had professional cleaning twice a month and cleaned the carpet in the 10 months we lived there. It was shocking and upsetting when moving out that we were told to expect charges for new paint, carpeting and any other issues. We had it professionally cleaned, took care of holes in any walls etc They do not do a final walk through with both parties. They took more then half of an over $2500 deposit for carpet replacement and paint, yet we were never given documents showing the original condition. Basically, they decide without you present what you will have to pay for. I do not recommend any one rent with this company as they are looking to get more $ and move out and don’t act in an ethical way by not doing an official walkthrough with both parties.

The front desk staff is worthless. Any time I had an issue with the apartment and asked them to fix it they forgot, the only way I got anything done was by using the tenant portal Shortly after I moved in i had to leave town for military orders and set up autopay. Apparently that didn't take effect until the next month's billing period and they called me first thing on the 4th of the month (the day after the last day rent is accepted) and said I incurred a $350 late fee. I was too busy with work to deal with it, when I tried to pay with check they said cashiers check only. I had to have a relative drive up from San Diego to deliver the cashiers check so I wasn't evicted by the time I got home. The front desk staff smile and pretend like they care, but whenever you have a problem they blame some higher authority and say there's nothing they can do. Well if you can't do anything why are you even there...........

This place is really wonderful. It's has nice upgrades and great amenities. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Finally, for the price it's a good deal. Plus, there is an amazing nail salon in the community!

Three story Mediterranean style townhouse with attached two car garage. Upgraded kitchen fixtures. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Quick and easy drive to local beaches. Lots of amenities to make this home feel like a resort including; sparkling 25 meter lap pool, cabanas, oversized spa, fireplace and bbq's, dog run and dog park area. Gym with plenty of machines and free weights. Friendly neighbors make this a fantastic place to live!

as soon as you walk in and take your shoes off on the bottom floor you look to the floor and see the tile mosiac you know that your home with the walls to match the tile i proceed up stairs and the granit counter tops match the mini island in the middle of the dining room everytime id want it to get a bit romantic the fire place was always there to set the mood always liked that my room had carpet so i wouldnt have to worry about it being to cold at night but most importantly my balcony was what made my long work nights worth it (:
