The property manager (Tina), maintenance staff (Tim)and office (Allison) are the best. I had the pleasure of living here for 3 years and every issue that ever came up was handled professionally and promptly. Nice staff, quiet and spacious living. Great for a first apartment. My AC even went out in a heat wave and it was fixed same day. I am sad I had to leave for a job in another location and give up my spot but I am SO happy I lived here for the past few years at Pheasant Run. It's also across from Sagebrush Cantina AND next to Uncle Rays Dairyland! 5 Golden Stars from me and my experience.

I literally just moved in a little over a week ago theres just some touchups that had to be taken care of real quick. Otherwise I have enjoyed living here so far and the staff have been very pleasant respectful and very friendly.

Everything has been great. We moved here specifically for the flexible lease terms, but our experience has been better than we could have anticipated. This has been our first experience living in an apartment complex. We initially signed a 3 month lease, as we were looking to buy a house and move on ASAP. In the end, we decided to have a house built, as we have been enjoying out time staying at Pheasant Run and felt we could stay here as long as we needed to. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Pheasant Run Apartments. Tina, the office manager, went above and beyond in helping me through the move in process. Thank you Tina! Also there was some water damage under the kitchen sink. The maintenance here is the best. William did a great job removing the water damaged drywall under the sink and putting in new. The job was done right! Thank you William for all your hard work.

We love our quiet apartment amidst a friendly group of neighbors. Staff has been excellent, the apartment is spacious, and the complex is well maintained. There is lots of life outside as neighbors walk, bike, and relax outdoors. Inside our apartment it is quiet and private. We love Pheasant Run!

Pheasant Run is an outstanding community to be a part of. The living spaces are nice and well laid out, the staff in incredibly responsive and the management group definitely cares about their residence. I've moved a lot because of my job, but now I finally feel like I've found a home.

My name is Bruce Clark and I have been a resident at Pheasant Run for almost 2 years. I can honestly say that my experience living in this community has been superb. I have lived in several different apartment communities over the past 7 years and this has undoubtedly been my best experience. The property staff has always been been very courteous and professional. The leasing process was very pleasant and they have always responded quickly to my maintenance requests and concerns, within 24 hours or less. The complex is conveniently located close to US-23 and all the dining and shopping Fenton has to offer. The complex is located in a good area, I have never had a problem with theft or general riff raf in my time living here, which is always a concern for me as a renter. The units are a bit small, even the two bedrooms and the appliances/cabinets in the older units are a bit dated. Still, it is a great value for what youre given and its the perfect size for a single occupant or a couple. Overall, the landscaping is fairly well kept and the snow removal company is always very timely to plow and salt. Anyone in the market for a new lease on an apartment in the Fenton area should definitely check out Pheasant Run, its a wonderful community and a great value that is sure not to disappoint.
We really like this area.. we don't like when our cothing and belongings smell like other peoples weed smoke in our house.. we dont smoke. Often it is so hard to find a parking spot.
I have made for myself a very happy home here. Its been easy with the kindness of the office girls, and maintenance staff.
Pheasant Run has a very pleasant staff and apartments are kep nice.
Just recently moved here and so far the only complaint I have heard is about parking spots, especially in the carport spots. Other than that it is a small, friendly community, lots of older retired folks with a few families and younger people. Great location right off Leroy in North Town close by several of the lakes as well as a river. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a smaller 1-2 bedroom unit.
If you value peace and quiet and sleep this is not the place for you. You are expected to abide by your lease contract but Pheasant Run does not
Pheasant run is a good place to live due to the friendly community and the nice amenities.
The office staff are wonderful. The newer maintenance worker is great. Good location, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway.

I've lived here for 9yrs. To me it's home. I'm retired so I'm on a fixed income my fear is that that the rent will become to high .... as it increases every year..... I love it here
I have the 2 bedroom split on the first floor. I am a single mom with one teenager. Both of us have our own space at either end of the apartment, which I like. Parking is not an issue for us. I don't have carport but that wasn't a deciding factor why I moved to Pheasant Run. I feel safe here. I love my washer and dryer inside my apartment and the dishwasher was a bonus to me. With the winter we just had my son didn't complain about his room being cold (he has the first bedroom near the front door). Overall, I won't been moving any time soon!
