The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pheasant Run
Laura was extremely professional and very friendly, move in process was quick and easy. Overall have no complaints about the location and community.
This place is the slums! Do not move here unless you live on the 3rd floor and have an alarm system. There are a few mentally disturbed tenants that gives me Norman Bates vibes. The buildings are so old (1920’s) that you can hear the neighbors above you so clear that you might as well live with them. The management does not care about new tenants only the ones who have been there for 25 years or more even if you do pay your rent on time. These buildings are so old. The bugs that we find daily is unreal. Spiders, flies, nets and regardless of how deep you clean they always pop up. The maintenance people are incompetent. This is the worst apartment complex ever and I recommend you to not move here unless you are on the verge of being homeless because these apartments make you feel like you are living in a mental house slash bug invested dump. Some tenants gives me serial killer vibes. Also, Dark very dark at night too scared to come home late because it’s not safe.

Aisha in the office is pretty nice when I come in & informs me when I have packages. Chris fixes things as well call in. The only issue I have is when I see others that don't live in the community throwing there trash in our complex. Not a bad place considering the area. -Sky Grimm
