Pheasant Run Apartments

I do not recommend these aparmtents to many strict rules rent goes up every year when I lived there I asked if they could skip my apartment because I was moving and had all my stuff everywhere and Brandy said no we have to come in for pest control they came in and sprayed while I had all my belongings out before Christmas last year I wasn’t home for a week and kept getting eviction notices on my door saying I am being to loud and that I could lose my home over being loud I wasn’t home the pool is green and closed more than it is open well that’s how it was when I lived there I was with wilhoit properties from 2015 to 2024 and rent went up every year before covid before inflation good luck if you choose to live there they are pretty apartments but the stress living there isn’t worth it I do not recommend these at all

Noisier than a prison or college dorm, if you value watching tv without a constant barrage of banging from above your head don’t live here.

This property has many things going for it. You have two playgrounds, a pool, and spacious apartments.The property manager ruins it. They conduct inspections every 3 months, if you so much as have a few crumbs on the floor from your kid eating, a few dishes in the sink, or your microwave or oven isn't completely clean, you fail the whole inspection. You have to have a spotless apartment and essentially make sure it looks staged to pass. The renovations that were done on it were done very poorly, you can hear water dripping inside the walls, cracks for in the ceiling and walls within months of moving in, the property manager won't let maintenance fix them unless water is actively dripping through the cracks.

I moved from a house to this apartment and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The office staff along with the maintenance man has been great! I have so much more room in the apartment than I did in my house. The walk in closet in the master bedroom is awesome! So much room! Love that the apartment came with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. My kids love living here too! Also love that they spray periodically and do building checks! I am looking forward to many years here!

If you are looking for an apartment that has it all, look no farther. This complex is the one for you. The yards are well maintained and the pool is in the middle of the complex for the safety of your children and you. It's hard to find a place to live that allows your fur babies but this one does. You can have it all. With a playground for the kids and a grill area, there is something for everyone. It sits on the edge of town so it's almost like country living. Close to shopping and restraunts too. The rent is very reasonable and the apartments are well maintained.

the apartment itself isn't bad for the price. They are very spacious and usually well kept. The only issue I found is insulation. You can hear your neighbor's every word and every sneeze literally. As far as management they usually do what they can within reason.
