Property Ratings at Pheasant Park Apartments
Everyday water service is shut off for a undetermined amount of time. This has been going on for 4 years at least and never is there any notice or warning. Good luck getting a hot shower before work. Poor living conditions.
The managers are more interested in Rent and really nothing else... I know some who are very disappointed why they lived there and some do ? sadly nothing to do NO rec room, the children I have been told get very bored with the playgrounds. No sorry I would NOT say or tell, anyone to move in!
