Pescadero

We have a cat. Upon move-out, the leasing officer came with a UV light, scanned the carpet, and detected "PROTEIN", and claimed that it must be cat urine, and claimed that it will be uncleanable, and the entire apartment's carpet must be replaced, and will cost us around $1900. I was totally uninformed about this procedure before moving in. If you have pets, please be aware of this, it will most certainly happen to you.

If you’re looking to take a tour of a unit here good luck. The leasing office staff are extremely unfriendly and did not have a care in the world to take the time out of their day to honor our scheduled tour today. There are a lot of other great options in the area though. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere; unless you want to be treated poorly.

Pescadero is a wonderful community. All the staff are very responsive and eager to help/please. The property is impressively well-maintained, the surrounding area is very safe and neighbors are friendly.

I moved into Pescadero Apartments in April of 2020. Since move in, the staff has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and communicative. The grounds are gorgeous, there is access to so many beautiful trails, they accommodate pets if you have any, parking my car in a garage is awesome, my apartment feels brand new because of all the great renovations, and it's just an overall stunning complex in a very safe neighborhood. I could not be happier!

Pescadero Apartments is a great place to live, friendly and helpful staff, very clean property and great amenities. Safe and secure with outdoor trails just steps away.

Pescadero Apartments have been wonderful since move in day. They really want to be sure you are happy living there. The property is beautiful and cozy. For the location, you couldn't ask for a better place to live!

We love living at Pescadero. The landscaping is exquisite and the apartments are beautiful. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgable. Best apartment living experience weve had of all the places weve rented.

Pescadero Apartments are so wonderful. All staff including in the leasing office and maintenance are extremely friendly and responsive to any concerns. The property is very well maintained. Love it here!

I have enjoyed staying in a very peaceful and quiet community. The rent is too expensive and the outdoor parking is way too tight. Those are my only complaints. The management team is always willing to stop and say hello and help if needed. Great place to live.

Pescadero Apartments, nestled in the lovely community of Redwood Shores, is a friendly and clean environment. The housing arrangement is organized, the staff is respectful and caring, and the overall community and atmosphere is safe. With a dog park nearby, the area is dog-friendly and light. Special lunches are served during holidays or occasions, which involve catering and socialization with our neighbors. I appreciate the gym and pool available to us, as well as the barbecue pits.

The management and maintenance at Pescadero are by far the best I've ever experienced in over 20 years of renting. They're all very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance issues. I'm a single father raising my three daughters. Pescadero has made it possible for me to keep all my daughters in their school district until they graduate from high school. This wouldn't be possible if not for their below market unit I qualified for based on my income. We're also very grateful for being able to have our beloved rescue dog companion, 'Puff' with us. We make new friends in the Pescadero community on our daily walks. My daughters and I look forward to the annual winter holiday and summer community parties. It's a great opportunity to get to know our neighbors. I highly recommend the Pescadero Apartments for a great quality of life and sanctuary for peace. Sincerely, Jason Sherman

With the patches of lush green grass, a variety of trees and plants, and a trail alongside a channel of water right next door, Pescadero Apartments provides a beautiful place to live in Redwood Shores. It's a pet-friendly neighborhood that is well-kept and clean. So far the neighbors I've met are very friendly, sometimes out with their dogs, and would give a smile and a greeting. Pescadero Apartments also provides amenities such as a heated and enclosed pool, fireplaces, garages, a clubroom, a fitness center, and spa, sauna, and steam room. What makes me feel most welcome is their mini summer celebration where they invite everyone to a barbecue at the pool, where they provide great-tasting food. There is plenty of space within the apartments themselves, and the staff is very helpful. Occasionally there have been loud parties down at the pool, and there may be the insistent bark of a dog sometimes, but overall it's often very quiet, maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. There is an elementary school that's a roughly ten-minute walk nearby, so on school days there may be many young children walking to and from school to watch out when driving in or out. Overall, I definitely enjoy living in Pescadero Apartments with my family and dog and its friendly, peaceful atmosphere.

We like living here, its quiet. The building is in need of updates and new flooring but its got everything I need, walking trails and biking trails. Its near a wildlife sanctuary and views of the bay. Not much of a pool area but is clean and well maintained. Certain parts of the community might have more traffic than others but its gated and safe.
