Perry Lake Village

We moved here in August of last year. Actually, if it wasn’t for us getting to meet the staff and tour we aren’t even sure we would’ve been able to move in! We are still very thankful to Amber for taking the time to talk to our old renter and be willing to work with us on our income verification. Since we’ve been here we’ve had some odd and end issues, nothing that wasn’t able to get fixed with a quick phone call or visit to the leasing office. This apartment is very big on communication. It’s easy to communicate and have the problem get fixed no matter how big or small. The turn around rate for a maintenance issue is typically a couple days (they are very busy guys) but it gets done and done well! Everyone who works here is very kind and understanding so long as you are too. The only thing I would change is the system they use for laundry, it’s a bit dated for our liking (old place had PayRange washers/dryers) but overall it isn’t bad once you get your hands on working laundry cards. I can’t fault the leasing office for the CSC laundry cards running out of cards, lots of residents use and buy new ones. Overall this place is great and cost effective for Perrysburg while still being close to everything.

Just signed our third lease. Definitely the most affordable rent in Perrysburg and management/maintenance always handles things right away.

Great staff, great upkeep, and very affordable. They also do a great job maintaining the landscaping! Would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Sincerely, James and Kelly Wilson

DONT MOVE HERE. go and pay more for better apartments with BETTER MANAGEMENT. I’ve been here for sadly 3 years and the only thing that was making it “okay” for me to live here was the rent but thinking about that…i’m probably spending more money with having to pay for laundry . Laundry mat onsite had rats & is never clean. my apartment was dirty when i moved in and i was cleaning that all day/night . my shower water temp is wrong , cold water is actually hot and hot is actually cold. i have mold in my vents along with my bathroom . my bathroom mold was caulked over because as i’ve cleaned it i’ve been removing some caulk off and it’s just more mold. its just never ending mold. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE THO….RUDE. terribly rude, they seem like they have no idea how to run an apartment complex and im sure if they had the knowledge they wouldn’t use it . they are never out and about like they said they would be . they just sit inside all day. if you have maintenance issues…i’d call a professional at this point because nothing is an emergency in there eyes….i have bugs coming into my apartment and that’s not an “emergency”…just flooding is all she stated as an emergency and it’s summer time right now and haven’t seen any rain in awhile ….not everyone’s toilets get backed up on the same day and time. When i say run, run. this place is not safe for anyone or children, you will not be taken care of at all.

I've lived here for at least a year and it feels like it's going downhill. The rent is affordable for the most part although the pet rent is steep. The fitness center is attached to the laundromat and it's just a treadmill. Biggest downside is that the billing system is archaic. 99% of communication from the leasing office is putting papers on our doors. Some of the staff don't seem well trained on technology either which caused issues with getting the lease renewal processed. Overall, if you need semi-affordable living in a semi-safe area and don't mind everything falling apart around you along with questionable staff, this place is for you!

This place is terrible! The apartment community has raised Rent significantly in the past few months for reaidents. with constant letters on our doorstep, stating new rules. Including the pool, having to pay for guests and even their children! to visit the pool. Way over the top, I’ve been here nearly 10 years. I’m looking forward to moving when my lease is up.

the sink leakage. water spilled on the floor. i informed 3 times, but they have not fixed. the toilet is unbalance and wobbling.

Management has always been helpful and very welcoming, maintenance has been available at all hours, and never had an issue with living quarters. 10/10 recommend seeing this hidden gem for yourself.

I've been living at Perry Lake for going on 9 years now. The staff in the office are all inviting and helpful and cheerful when needing to speak with them or just turning in the rent. Speaking of rent, they just began using an automated debit for rent so that you can set it up and no more writing checks! Maintenance is prompt and helpful and friendly when addressing any issues that need fixing. And the location is the best! Everything you need is literally minutes away! Very satisfied with me stay here :o)

Just finished the process of moving into these apartments and Amber helped make things run super smooth. Moving is already stressful enough so I was pleasantly surprised at how frictionless things were from finding a place here to filling out the application all the way through getting keys. For the price these apartments have turned out to be a hidden gem.

Perry Lake Village is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been amazing! Perry lake is very community oriented friendly place to live.! I’ve had the best neighbors in a long time live in my building! The staff is very friendly and easy and understanding to get along with! Highly recommend this place to live!

I have lived at Perry Lake Village for two years. Management has always addressed concerns in a timely manner and after a short conversation I was able to move my disabled sister nearby. They truly care about their residents.

I have lived at Perry Lake for almost 3 years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and whenever I’ve had any kind of issue or problem, maintenance has resolved it almost immediately. It’s also pretty quiet and peaceful. I would recommend at the very least to consider living here and checking it out for yourself

Having sold my house two years ago, I was not prepared to be as satisfied and happy as I am since moving into my Perry Lake Village apartment! The office staff are all friendly and helpful, and they respond in a timely manner if I need to leave a voicemail instead of talking to someone. I love the access to the gym, laundromat, and pool… huge pluses. And the maintenance crew here has addressed my needs efficiently and well, and with a great attitude, especially Matt. Yes, I am very glad that I chose Perry Lake village for my apartment!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here. No experience is perfect - but any concerns I’ve ever had have been taken care of in a friendly and timely manner by the staff. The office and maintenance have continued to go above and beyond during my time here, and it’s the reason I continue to renew. Highly recommend.

Apartments are nice and clean anything needed done gets done right away and the people who live here are nice.

I have been a resident at Perry Lake for 3 years now and just signed my lease for a 4th year! They are super accommodating and attentive to your needs. The gym, laundry mat, and pool area are always clean and ready for use! The staff are also amazing. The office picks up every time I call and if they are busy, they typically call back within the hour! Overall, an awesome place to live. Im happy to be signing another lease! (-:

I have lived in the Perry Lake Village community for over two years and I’m so happy here. It’s a great choice for young professionals or for families. We moved from a nearby town across the river in Lucas County. My children are both in high school now and are doing great here. My daughter loves using the bike path that runs through the connecting neighborhood. This community is close to everything. The Amazon distribution center has created many job opportunities and we have seen so much growth in the area. New businesses and new restaurants are popping up everywhere here. You can take a walk to get coffee or groceries and pet supplies, everything is so close by. Where else can you find an apartment the size of a home? I know the office staff and groundskeepers, and they know me by name. I know the neighbors in my hallway and I’m happy to have friends here. I work out in the fitness center every week and I didn’t need my gym membership anymore, saving me money. I can also wash my large bedding items here in the laundry center, while I work out next door in the fitness center. Oversized washers and dryers are so helpful. The parking is very convenient here. The lot is evened out and sealed each year keeping it smooth and maintained. I can’t say enough good things about this community at Perry Lake. If you take the time to compare and see all the positives, you’ll see the great value you’re getting by living here. I’m really glad I did.

The apartment complex is quiet and friendly. I also receive fast and quality service from the property management and the maintenance. They are so nice and helpful! The rooms are spacious. My family visits and having a ton of bodies in every room we still don't bump elbows as much :). My bathroom is nicely sized as I have ALOT of things that I keep in my bathroom. I have a laundry room in my apartment building but if I need to use the larger facility in the gym area it is open and lots of washers and dryers to use. Each time I have gone at 6am they have been open. Gym equipment could be better but I still give this place 5 stars! I have had the best treatment and I have lived in a number of places in the midwest... this by far is the best of them!

I have A great middle. Sizes apartment .large rooms patio also it is very affordable We have a lake stocked with fish. A work out room with the latest stuff a great saltwater pool.We also have a huge playgrond and park for children to play in.You canhave pets. I have been here for four years and love all of it. If we ever have a problem call the office its fixed asap.

Perry Lake Village is located in an ideal part of Perrysburg with easy access to I-75, US23, and the Ohio Turnpike, not to mention only minutes from downtown Toledo and great shopping. The Perry Lake staff is unique. They truly care about each of their tenants and get to know you by name. They respond quickly to any emergencies and do a great job keeping up and improving the property. I would recommend Perry Lake to anyone. A great pet and family friendly neighborhood.
