Property Ratings at Perinton Manor Apartment Homes
This complex is gettting worse. They don’t maintain common areas. They advertised a pool but have no plans on opening it for the summer. Even if they do, it closes all the time due to lack of life guards. The gym hasn’t been fixed or updated in years. Embarrassing how little they care about their tenants
Horrible, Management only responds to complaints if more then one people complain, even if it is written in the lease that you cannot go there. They do not enforce no commercial vehicles and let them park disregarding complaints, maintenance is slow, I will update if they fix any of these issues. For now, go somewhere else besides this pigsty. Before you move in, check the police reports, the sheriffs are here everyday. In the last two weeks alone, 1/15/2017, two people have been arrested by the sheriffs in two different buildings, this place is going downhill.

I've lived at these apartments for 2 years now! At first is was amazing, the manager was ALWAYS great, but since a new manager has taken over ,Shannon, this place REALLY has gone down hill. I NEVER complain, specially at a place I live at because then everything turns awkward and you feel like a prisoner in your own home. Well I couldn't take it any more.ive spoken to Shannon multiple times about a car that sits in the first parking spot next to the front door that HAS NOT MOVED IN OVER 6 MONTHS!!! And being harassed by multiple people that say my husband beats me (he can't even kill a fly, so please). Our rent is always paid we keep to our selfs and all Shannon has to say is "sorry". Not to mention maintenance is terrible. They come in to replace everyone's faucets and mine has still been leaking under the counter ever since. Not to mention you can see EVERY SCREW AND PATCH that has ever been in the walls. Definitely not worth the almost 1 grand I pay them every month. If I wasn't looking to buy a house in the fall I would have moved out this past weekend.... Stay away
Our apartment is like a little house we have a 1 bedroom apartment and it is very spacious. We have amazing neighbors and the location of the apartment is near groceries stores, restaurants, the canal. You dont have to worry about safety you can leave your door unlocked and never have to worry.
Since moving to my new complex, my family and I have found the closest thing to home since I have been living on my own. The quaint life at the Manor wouldn' t be complete with out the easy access to the in ground swimming pool, fitness center, and loads of various businesses within walking distance. Add a wonderful staff that help you to acquire, the spacious rooms, neat amenities, and free basic cable and we were sold. This is a great family environment for people from all walks of life.
