Too expensive & buildings are falling apart. Fences have been peeling for at least 6 years. ONLY good thing is location- 1 mile from work.

I did not end up moving here, as my roommate got a job that took us to a different location. But the touring and application experience was great. Courteney in the leasing office is the best leasing agent I have ever worked with and will work to get you the home you need. The floor plans are nice, the property itself was also really nice and well kept. The prices are really reasonable for Sandy Springs especially considering the property is ITP and for such a great, connected location the apartment complex was very quiet and laid back. Definitely worth setting up a tour. It will be on your top three, if not number one.

We stayed here happily for over 6 years. Our family is expanding, so It's time for a new home, otherwise we would stay even longer.

There is very little urgency in regards to requests and inquiries. It usually takes multiple contacts for maintenance issues that take weeks to get resolved. And we have been trying to figure out our lease renewal since the end of July. I really don't like to complain I truly don't. But I have been very disappointed with my experiences over the past year. We will renew out of convenience for the next year but will seriously be looking elsewhere come next renewal unless things change.
Only thing this property has going for it is the location. Management personnel is rude, uncaring. Currently looking for a new place to live.
My husband made an appt to see the property. We were greeted by Courtney. She gave us a map and allowed us to tour the apartment that was available, that meet our needs. The apartment was modern & clean. Since had viewed several others apts. we agreed that this was the one we wanted to call home. My husband completed the application online & we came in to sign the lease. Courtney had an envelope ready with our keys & important papers. She reviewed the documents with us. Afterwards, she told us that our apt. was a mini model and all the extras inside were ours to keep. I was very excited. We had a maintenance order on our three day (serving the dryer). My husband, put it on the portal that night, the next day a gentleman came to fix it. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this property.
I had an awesome experience while touring the Perimeter Circle property this past weekend. Courteney was our leasing agent and her energy was so vibrant, positive and welcoming! She really made us feel at home. Courteney took the time to listen to what I was interested in and found the best options to match my needs! The unit we toured was very clean and felt homey the moment we walked in the door. The floor plan was spacious, the appliances were top notch, the bathroom sparkled and the view was nice. The property is surrounded by other apartments in the area and is in a great location.

I loved the community. Neighbors are friendly, it's very quiet and I felt safe. However, I did have two issues. I had to call maintenance for a lot of repairs. Cabinets were falling apart, washer and sink leaks, doorknob broke and more.. They did respond in a timely manner but it was annoying having to call so frequently. Also roaches!!! During the winter months there was no issue, but as soon as the weather starting warming up we were killing about 2-4 roaches sometimes every week. My apartment was spotless and pest control didn't help.
Nice quiet community and a great place to stay. Management is extremely responsive and seems to genuinely care about its residents.
Overall, an ok place to live. Nothing special, but no real complaints. People mind their business and respect the property. Wish there were more upgrades amenities but the few that are here are pretty ok.

I have been living here for almost 6 years and zi still really enjoy it.
What I love about Perimeter Circle is their service. Their staff is excellent at what they do and very professional at taking care of their community. It allows us to focus what is most important, enjoying our stay.
I have lived at Perimeter Circle since June 2017. Until recently I had zero complaints but recent changes in management have appeared to hinder the ability for maintenance requests to be fulfilled in a timely manner.
Maintenance did not respond to issue request.
Property is very clean, quiet, and safe. Very low noise level which is a plus. Timely maintenance when needed and friendly staff. Both Alicia and Victoria were very helpful with answering my questions and finding the right apartment to call home.

Berkeley Run, or renamed perimeter circle was all in all a pretty good experience. I was only here for one year, however in my time here there were many changes. First the complex is kept up very well, and the units are renovated very nicely. Sometimes maintenance responds slowly, we had a light out in the hallway outside the apartment for weeks, making it difficult to see at night, and it took way too long to fix. Also the parking situation got much worse once they offered reserved spots for an additional monthly fee. I already pay rent, I'm not also gonna pay to park, however now that people began to reserve spots we had to walk forever to get to the unit. Other than that great location, pretty nice units, I would recommend it.
I visited about 20 apartment complexes, and choose Perimeter Circle. Both Jennifer and Chelsea was very helpful in helping me find an place to call home. The renovations they have done are some the best I have seen in town.
