Really like the area! NOT THROUGH STREET

Just got lost going to wal mart and came across these apartments. Love the pet friendly atmosphere and it seems easy to rent. Office is really nice and helpful. clean property!!!

This place has so much to offer. Huge pool and spa, gym, and tennis. Pretty cut and clean place. Office is really nice.

Very nice a Beautiful pool, clean enviroment very safe the management works very hard keeping this complex clean . The landscape is extremely Beautiful. The office is extremely helpful when you need things done. They always have your best interest. Danica is a very personable lady in the office who works hard and makes sure there are no problems. She has done an outstanding job. the maintance man Tony is a real asset just like Danica to your company. Ever need help ask for them.

Super Easy

The best thing about this apartment complex is the easy access to everything- it's a piece of cake to get on the 78 (Palomar is only 7 minutes away, door-to-door), and from there you're equidistant to both I-5 and I-15, making things not a hassle to get north to Camp Pendleton, Temecula, or LA; or south to San Diego. Additionally, there's a Wal-Mart and a Target easily within walking distance, as are many other shops and a few food places. Parking's not bad here- maybe not amazing, but definitely not bad, including if you're going to have guests over. My 2br/2ba feels fairly spacious, and there are plenty of outlets in all the rooms making hooking things up easy. As a nice bonus, the structure seems relatively soundproof from neighbors. Now for the bad parts: (1) the pool is only 4ft deep and is an awkward shape if you're trying to use it for exercise. (2) I was told I was moving into a unit with upgraded countertops- if these are upgraded, I don't want to know what not upgraded is. (3) I was promised central air, and while I can see there's a system, it definitely doesn't work, and they haven't fixed it. (4) Rent hikes. (5) Highway noise, lots of it, all hours of the day. (6) Maintenance guy noise- while the maintenance guys couldn't be bothered to fix my AC, they apparently CAN be bothered to use leaf blowers, edge trimmers, lawn mowers, etc. literally 6 days a week, for hours and hours at a time, outside my windows. Not exaggerating. On the balance, this place is pretty good, but it's useful to have realistic expectations of the problems.
