The manager here is so.nice, she is willing to help whenever there is anything wrong with my apartment, they fix things pretty quick too. People are also nice, they don't make much noise at night and nobody party all night.
Been here about 4 months. I have one of the 3 bdrms. Its huge and feels like a house not apt. Every neighbor I've met is super friendly and we really look out for each other. The complex team is wonderful. One of the best I've experienced living in an apt. The property oozes eclectic charm, from the landscape to the units themselves. Definitely worth a look. Worth the incredibly fair price.
Love living at Peppertree Inn! Responsive maintenance team, kind property manager, roomy apartment, and laundry right on-site. Super convenient place to call home.
Problems are solved very quickly and they will require quarterly inspections. Apartments are modern and dog-friendly, dog bags are provided on property.
Peppertree inn is a wonderful place to live the office and maintenance are always quick to respond to any issues or requests. The property is well kept and pretty. I have no complaints the neighborhood is nice being near a school and a neighborhood as well as a few other apartment complexes. There's a grocery store within half a mile and several restaurant options as well as being a short drive from the Texas Tech campus.
I have lived at this complex for 3+ years and I can say that the staff here has been nothing but professional and courteous!
Staffs are so helpful. Eventhough, we don't have credit score they help us to find a apartment suitable to us.
I was looking for an apartment past 1 month.Luckily we found Peppertree in.Its a very nice apartment.I got one with a balcony, Spacious and good for living.The Management is also good and also whenever we call for any maintenance they arrived quickly and fixed it I recommend it to everyone.
I love living here been here 4 years now. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance is always ontop of things when you need them. The notifications via text are also very much appreciated to keep updated on whatever is going on. If you want to consider living here do it make these apartments your new home.
Have been staying here since Feb., experience is really good and haven't had any issues with neighbors or management. Maintenance is quick.
Peppertree is my wife’s and I’s first apartment. We are truly never disappointed! The staff is always super friendly, and maintenance is always quick to respond to our needs! We’ve been here for almost a year, and we’re quick to re-sign our lease. The on-site laundry facilities are a plus, and FREE Wi-Fi?!? The free Wi-Fi especially on days we work from home or stream our regular shows. Love peppertree! I can honestly say we’ve never had any issues! Also compared to other apartments we’ve stayed in the past, usually pests and bugs are pretty common. But in the 11 months we’ve been here, have never seen one critter! Truly amazing!
Love living in this complex! My granny has lived here for years and has never had an issue and the staff is wonderful!
What impresses me is their efficiency in getting things done. Once you require maintenance, the staff will show up quickly and help you out. The manager is always thoughtful and friendly. The property is well managed and clean. A nice place that we can call home.
Very attentive staff, I enjoy my apartment it's very spacious with lots of storage. Highly recommend these apartments they truly care about you here from taking care of a maintenance request to simply doing the smallest favors that seem like nothing but mean everything.
We love our apartment! The management is always eager to help and acts very fast. Totally recommend for peaceful living.
I've lived at Peppertree for 2 years and have been satisfied with it very much. I have always felt safe, the grounds have always been kept up well and the staff- both maintenance and manangement have been kind and quick to work on fixing something or answering questions I have had. I also appreciate the events I’ve been invited to.
