Pennwick Terrace Apartments & Townhomes

New management has brought much-needed sanity and predictability to a community formerly sorely in need of it. Appliances are promptly fixed or replaced; lawns and flower beds are maintained; rents are stable; managers answer phones. The apartments aren't large, but all have patios and ample storage closets one doesn't often find in such complexes. Pennwick's perch overlooking the Cocalico Valley is mercifully quiet after business hours, yet with Giant/Target and Weis shopping centers less than a mile away (open until 11pm) with their banks and restaurants, that location is not only convenient but walkable if you don't mind trekking up Kissel Hill in a pinch. Warwick Township schools are excellent, and one of its elementary schools is just across the street, making the community a haven for young marrieds with K-5 children. The public library is around the corner. A church, two reputable car repair shops, a body shop, and a gas station are a short walk down Landis Valley Road, and Kissel Hill Farm Market a mile distant on the road to Oregon. There're good reasons these apartments don't turn over often. If you happen to land one, consider yourself lucky indeed.
