The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We are absolutely thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our maintenance personnel at Penn Station Apartment Homes. Thank you for recognizing Jeremy and his crew!
i should have listened to the reviews on this apartment when i looked at it the first time, even comments from 2020 are bad ones. it’s 2024. probably the worst apartments i’ve came across. WAYYY overpriced for what they give, they even charge random crap on top of rent and makes it so pricey. (FOR NO REASON! ITS NOT EVEN PRETTY) water will be shut off for days like other commenters say, we were moved in 2 days before it was already shut off. just little things like all of our fans had built up dust on them, even vents… (GROSS!!!) dead bugs in all cabinets and then they painted over them, holes in walls, nails in the walls they painted over, only thing that looked “done” was vacuumed floor… smh. so much more. we only been here a month.

So many issues. Doors don’t lock, no locks on bathroom doors so no privacy. Maintenance is always taking longer than it should. Roaches, constant water shut offs. Lots of demarcated cabinets that can’t even be opened nor used. This is just a few. This is the first place I had such experience. You should do better.

I have lived here for over a year and just signed my second lease. I must say that since the new management took over, my service requests have been handled in a timely manner. The new office staff really seems to care about their tenants and are always eager to help. The grounds are always clean, and the resident functions are great! Compared to the apartments around me, I feel like Penn Station provides me a nice home for a great value.
maintenance doesn't come for days. I moved in on a Sunday, my hot water wasn't working and no one came until the following Monday (8 days later). my dryer broke and they said I broke it when i hadn't used it yet, wouldn't fix it so I bought my own and it came with me when I moved out, they said I stole it although I had my receipt. they charged me 200 dollars for carpet cleaning when I cleaned the carpet myself (I own a carpet cleaning company so I know it was done) - management doesn't come to work, they come to play
maintenance requests are rarely, if ever, fulfilled, water is turned off daily with late or no notice, if your AC goes out all they'll tell you is "theres nothing we can do" so you have to deal with your unit being 90° throughout the summer. havent been here long enough to see if our heater works but im sure it doesnt, and im sure they "cant do anything about it" either. some of the office ladies are extremely rude and dismissive. i didnt get a working mail key until after a MONTH of living here. one of my neighbors was told they put in a maintenance request for a gap in their door bringing in WASPS and heat drafts, and nothing was done. i do not recommend this place. the space and price made me think it would be fine but it really isnt worth it.
Water is turned off daily with little to no notice on when or how long it will be off. Can’t count how many times I’ve been about to take a shower w the surprise of my water being cut off. I believe all the water in the complex is connected to 1 valve so once you have a leak or a overflow of water in a sink bye bye water. The front gate hasn’t worked once since moving in over a year ago. The park for the children has one broken seesaw no swings or decent playground equipment. Pools don’t have proper chairs to sit or lay by pool. Washing machines are broken and hard to replace with no laundry mat area, and ac’s are old and literally go out more than the water. Meanwhile the front office has gotten a complete makeover with a gym put in upstairs. Also since under new management carbon monoxide detectors have been placed into the apartments. In my experience after 24hr it’s goes off, the fire department explained that there is a carbon monoxide leak in the apartment as well. On top of that I noticed my rent was charging me more than I agreed to and noticed I was being charged twice for water. I was later given a credit but it wasn’t equivalent to what I was over charged. Expressed my frustration with “new management” Though he and Maintenance supervisor Rodney got me a new ac unit.(Gratitude) We’re going into October and Heat situation hasn’t been addressed. Also informed new management that I would be doing a review, and was encouraged to do so. Would not recommend ??
Rude staff that will lie to your face Overflowing garbage Constant loud music Avoid this place like the plague
This company is very unprofessional. They require you to have renters insurance, which has never been a problem. I have had insurance since the beginning of my lease and was notified via email of the specifications needed to be updated for the insurance. I updated and sent it over, then find out they sent the wrong address. I am now being charged because of this. They do bad business and are very unorganized and unprofessional.
Poor conditions and a terrible staff, but a nice location.
There was a Contracter in my apartment doing touch ups and there were missing pieces of tile on the day we were scheduled to move in, then they moved us to another apt with lots of broken or missing stuff/appliances. There was broken chunks of tile under the carpet. Maintenance Barely came. When I moved out instead of contacting me to repair “damages” they have a system that atomically sends it to the ncs.
This apartment has space and store-age space plus a patio and close parking. We have two pools and play grounds and a friendly staff. You can walk to stores and malls .There are two movie theaters that are close by.School's are all around and so are places to eat. Church is either across the street or up or down the street ,just a good area to live in for a families or single people.
Me and my girlfriend have had a hard time dealing with the people here. We have had to call numerous times to get any form of maintenance done. We have been lied to, had information left out, and money tried to scam from us. It is spacious, somewhat quiet, and safe, but the hassle is just too much.
These apartments are great! The people are nice and we love the size of our apartment for what we pay.
