So far it’s been decent. The property is nice and affordable. I think it would be better if they kept the trash cleaner and not allow random dumps from people that don’t live here. Cleaning up the property

I like living here at Pecan Grove. The reasons why I like living here are, it is walking distance to my kids schools. I like that my kids enjoy the pool and can swim and have fun with their friends. The staff to me are very friendly which is a big PLUS. This is why I like living here.

Nice apartments amenities are good. There is a pool a gym and a picnic area complete with a playground for kids. The apartments are within 3 years old some of us were the first people to live in the apartment. The 2 bedrooms are average size with washer and dryer hook ups.
