The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pebble Hill Apartments
Almost a year at Pebble Hill, and overall, it’s been a great place to call home! The true highlight here is Natasha, the property manager—she’s an absolute gem. From the moment I inquired about moving in, she has been kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of, and having someone like her in the office makes a world of difference. Parking can be a challenge, so I opted for a secured spot. It’s an extra cost, but totally worth it for the peace of mind of always having a place for myself or guests. My one-bedroom apartment is cozy but does lack storage, especially in the kitchen. Thankfully, with some creative organization tricks, I’ve made it work. The buildings are starting to show their age, and while there aren’t any amenities, the quiet atmosphere and friendly community make up for it. Maintenance has been fairly smooth. A few minor issues have come up, but Natasha is always quick to step in and get things resolved. And while I’ve heard concerns about car break-ins and noise, I personally haven’t experienced any of that. Pebble Hill isn’t perfect, but the caring management and overall livability make it a solid choice. My time here has been peaceful, and I feel comfortable in my home. So, if you’re looking for a quiet, welcoming place with a property manager who truly cares, it’s definitely worth considering!
Thankful to finally be moved in our home! Ladies in the office are real nice. Ms. Natasha did the tour with us and made it fun actually. Ms. Shauna moved us in and was real patient. My move in was smooth. Only paid a $500 security deposit. Our apartment is so cute. The Ice cream event was alot of fun. The people living here are old school friendly too. Thankful for all of it, for real.
Apartments with reasonable rent for the area. I am close to Trolley Square and Brandywine without the expensive rent you find in the area. The office manager was so kind during my move, I almost felt like a family member she knew forever. I like the follow up we got after move in following an issue with my heat. So far this has been really great.
The reviews do not lie. This is by far the worse management company and property in Delaware! My car has been vandalized multiple times. Theres insects and rodents all throughout the property. Apartments get broken into!! Rent increased by $300+ with no upgrades! Maintenance requests goes unanswered for months!! No air in the summer, no heat in the summer!
This property has improved so much over the last year or so. They are making a lot of effort on fixing things up, upgrading units, renovating hallways, etc. This property is super close to highways, stores, major roads, and parks. Overall a great property.
Do not move here. Management sucks. Maintenance sucks. No amenities. You have to pay for gas, water, pest control(and they dont even come like they are supposed to) service fees, and so much other stupid stupid stuff. High rent and property is not up to par. Falling apart and they don’t care to fix it. Bad communication. Was very dirty when we moved in. The lease said there’s a pool and there isn’t. Won’t fix the loose railings. Just terrible place. The property managers lie all the time. Please do not waste your hard earned money at this place.
Under new management and they don’t care about the quality of the tenants lives. They turn the water and gas off often with no notice to the residents. They have a new parking policy that does not allow guest to park in the parking lot. They give 1 parking pass per apartment the other household car must park on the street or get towed. The price you pay to live here has gone up and there are no amenities. Not worth the price or aggravation they are charging to live here. Good luck on your search but I wouldn’t pick here to live.
We found out our apartment was infested with termites, spiders and water bugs. Next door neighbors said right before we moved in our apartment was flooded due to all the pipes busting. Contacted the landlord several times especially with having a young child, but all they did was screen my calls and ignore documented letters. After all I still lived in the same apartment! All the landlord is good for is being rude and disrespectful, and only wants the money.
This is my first apartment, and I have to say I love every bit of it. It's so clean outside. It's almost a very nice and quiet neighborhood and such friendly people. I am very happy my partner and I decided to choose this place. It's a great place to raise our daughter. And it is in walking distance of a lot of good stores. I love it!
I moved to Pebble Hill several months ago and the office and maintenance staff made my move virtually maintenance free. I love my apartment especially the balcony, central air conditioning, and the building entry system.
