Pebble Creek Apartments At Lake Mary

I actually looked at 12 different places took my time while I was down here visiting my son and daughter-in-law t This was the first place I looked at, All the other places seem to have something wrong with them. Now Pebble Creek is not perfect I think it could use a little bit of a facelift but the place is so peaceful and my neighbors are so nice. All the apartments have screened in porches huge. The living rooms are definitely larger than any of the other apartments, The kitchen's might be smaller might be concerned who people who cook but I don't. I have a one bedroom that also has a dining room separate, two huge windows. Of course all the maintenance people are excellent, although I've only had minor things fixed like a battery replaced for a smoke detector or replacement filters for the AC. I don't even know anybody in the office and I think that's the way it's supposed to be I think you only get to need to know them if you have problems. Cliff

I'm writing this because the unit that i was given has had countless issues. Please be aware of this complex. I will not be renewing my lease. within the first week my a/c unit went out. it took this complex 3 months to fix my a/c. after the a/c was fixed , two pipes burst in my apartment leaving my dining room area flood and also leaving the downstairs neighbors flooded as well. When they could not fix the a/c they put a wall unit in my apartment that is still there( next came to get it). The dehumidifier was in my apartment for months blocking the hole that was left my wall. the toilet has been out numerous of times and so has the refrigerator. i have had to throw my grocery away multiple times. when i finally requested a new refrigerator after months of it going in and out. the property manager stated i had the refrigerator on the wrong setting. which is not true. The setting had been change days prior to maintenance coming out. i currently have mold growing in my bathroom and when i mentioned this to the property manager she proceed to keep cutting me off and making ignorant statement like “ oh you are not having a good day. Which one is it now? The whole unit or the refrigerator.” A wasted mind and conversation.i have placed 9 work orders since i moved in and it has not even been a year. There are also RACCOONS on the property as well as snakes. The raccoons are not scared and will not move.If you have kids DO NOT MOVE HERE!

y wife and I lived at Pebble Creek Apartments in Lake Mary from 2020 to 2023, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to severe and recurring black mold issues that directly impacted our health, especially during my wife's pregnancy. Apartment 1: The Initial Mold Crisis & Management's Denial From the moment we moved into our first apartment, we frequently felt sick. We soon discovered the cause: black mold in our air ducts. It was truly gross, and we suspected it was making us ill. Our concerns escalated significantly in 2021 when my wife became pregnant with our first child, and her health deteriorated, making her even sicker. We repeatedly complained to management about our suspicions, but despite our obvious concerns for our health and my pregnant wife's well-being, they consistently denied it was mold. They absolutely refused to test for it themselves. Feeling desperate and responsible for my family's health, I was forced to outsource and pay $400 for a private mold test. Unsurprisingly, the results confirmed our worst fears: positive for black mold. Only after we presented them with undeniable proof did they offer us a new apartment. This process was not easy; they made us stay in their model unit, which is typically used for tours, before our new permanent apartment was finally ready. Apartment 2: A Horrifying Repeat & Continued Negligence We hoped the move would resolve our problems, but within just three months of moving into our second apartment, we discovered another black mold problem. This time, their water meter right by our front door broke and began flooding the inside of our walls. Mold appeared almost immediately. We contacted management, but it took them a shocking two days to even respond and begin cutting out the drywall and placing dehumidifiers. The contractors and maintenance staff they sent were clearly inexperienced and unprofessional. They did not properly seal off the room, leaving our living space exposed to potentially toxic mold spores. Beyond their incompetence, these individuals were frequently rude and dismissive. Our time at Pebble Creek was a constant battle against mold and management's refusal to address serious health hazards. No one should have to pay out-of-pocket to prove their living conditions are unsafe, especially when starting a family. I strongly advise anyone considering Pebble Creek Apartments to look elsewhere for their health and peace of mind.

Management is never around. No one on maintenance speaks english or seems to know how to fix anything. My kids can't even play in the grass because it's littered with dog feces. Tennis courts are used as playground for dogs. Parking is a nightmare. The first apartment they tried moving me in was full of mold and bugs. Lot's of solicitors going door to door. The jacuzzi and sauna are always broken. The sidewalks and curbs are falling apart. Gates at the entrances ways have never worked since I've been here. At night, the parking lot gets very dark with little to no lighting and does not feel safe. For what they charge you can do LOADS better. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this headache.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath townhouse style apartment. Screened terrace is off the large, cathedral ceiling living room. With now's in every room for lots of sun and fresh air. The staff is wonderful! There are two clubhouses and two pools. There is a tot lot and tennis courts and a sand volleyball court! The property is pet friendly too. Awesome place to live and close to the schools and shopping.

Pebble Creek apartments are nice size for easy living. I have 2 bedeooms with 2 baths, living room, dining area, kitchn,laundry room and screened patio. Any needed repairs are done quickly. The landccaping is kept maintained beautifully. I am 82 and enjoy the monthly senior lunches. There are 2 pools and tennis courts. Shopping is close and handy

My daughter, granddaughter, and I have lived in this complex for almost two years and can highly recommend Pebblecreek. The entire team (front office, maintenance, and groundskeepers) are all very friendly and actually CARE. The very few times we've had a maintenance issue, they have responded quickly and professionally. The management team has a New Resident breakfast each month and they also participate in different community activities like canned food drives, school supply drives, etc). The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept with annuals changed out seasonally. When our lease is up in December we will definitely be renewing because Pebblecreek just feels like HOME!

I lived there for 2 years. First year was heaven. And I mean it was amazing. They would fix thing and do it right. But the second year they had new people and it all went down hill. 1/2 the office staff if great. The other half is not so nice. And the new people on maintenance didn't fix anything right. It would just break again until someone I new came to fix it right. It's sad cuz it just making the people who work there longer work harder. The private people who owns this needs to help their crew out. I have a feeling that they are stressed out and under paid for what they have to deal with. So I blame the owners.
