I have never loved an apartment complex more!! The entire year I've spent here was awesome!! Office and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional!! Any time that I had a maintenance issue, they were there very quickly!! The apartment are very nice and the garden tub is the BEST!!
We love Pebble Brook apartments, the customer service is great, great location with school right across from apartment, fireplace in our apartment been a plus and we love residents application weeks!
I have only lived here about 1-1/2 years and hopefully I will never have to move. I sold my home in Carmel after 39 years and I love living here as much as I did my home. The grounds are well kept and there is minimal noise, and it is convenient to everything. All of the associates, office and maintenance, are exceptional. I have never called for a repair that I did not get either an immediate response or one within one day. Everyone I have shared this with is quite impressed.
Even though we only needed the apartment for a few months due to a new build, I would certainly recommend this lovely place. It is a nice quiet place and the people we have met are very friendly. I really love our apartment and with the super cold, the fireplace is a wonderful feature that I had not idea I would enjoy so much. The staff puts together a once a month guest appreciation week that seems a very nice thing to do. We have participated in the pizza night and a couple of other things too. I have used the convenience of the gym, even though I have a membership somewhere else, but with some bad weather lately to drive somewhere, it seems better to just walk over and do a bit. Glad to be here!
Pebble Brook APARTMENTS are great if you're looking for a quiet and clean place to call home. The staff is professional and friendly. The apartments are well kept and comfortable. You'll have nothing to complain about living here.
Pebble Brook Village is a really great value for the area! My floorplan is spacious and makes great use of the square footage. It is a very quiet and tranquil community. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly. This is a great place and I see myself staying here for a quite a while!
I've lived at PBV for a year now. The apartments are fairly updated, both interior and exterior. The large windows are by far the best feature of this quiet apartment complex. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in a nice little community!
was not able to view a 3 bedroom till October, and we are planning to be moved nlt 30 sept.
I toured these apartments after my current apartment was robbed at another apartment complex. The staff was very understanding about my concerns for safety, location and community. The apartments were well kept and the landscaping was clean and maintained. The amenities were impressive which added to the value of renting. Recommended!
