I love living here! Clean, calm, safe, friendly, very reasonably priced. I hardly ever hear through walls or ceiling. People here are kind and respectful of each other. All the employees here go the extra mile to take care of residents and property. I call this my retirement resort, even though it is very family friendly for folks with children. It really does feel more like a home than just an apartment.

Pearl Point management needs to work on communicating with the residents on when the service requests will be done. Also, returning calls in general. We asked about possibly renting a storage unit and that was weeks ago, we still have not received a call back on that. We had asked about a price and availability, we still have not received info on it.

Rose was my leasing agent and I found her to be excellent and always answered my questions in a timely manner. The apartment I moved into was very clean and freshly painted. The grounds and pool area are also clean and well maintained. The complex is also very quiet. I have only been living here for 2 weeks but so far - a good experience.

This is a terrific Greystar property with a great beach town vibe, a quality front office and maintenance staff, really nice residents, and wonderful amenities! We have been gone for a couple of weeks and really miss the place and can’t wait to get back home! We are very pleased with our choice in Rockport and Greystar, as usual, continues to impress! They really understand what it takes as a property management company to run an upscale property from both a visual and customer service standpoint - they just get it better than most and it shows!

I've only been at Pearl Point a couple of weeks but I have to say it's been quite enjoyable so far. I love my apt and all the amenities. The peaceful and tranquility surroundings makes it much more pleasant.

PEARL POINT is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. My kids get off the bus and are always greeted as they walk in, they are even able to have snacks in drinks from the offices kitchen area. I honestly have not seen this at another apartment community. Everything is so beautiful that I feel like I live at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly when I was moving in. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. I'm proud to call this place HOME.

This is an outstanding apartment community! The floor plans have been well planned and laid out. The amenities are great. The staff is polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The property is well maintained. It is quiet and clean! Its also a great place for pet owners. There are two huge dog parks and lots of grass and walking areas around the complex. It is also a gated community! Its a great place to live!
