Property Ratings at Pearl Place Apartments
No office staff to address questions, concerns. When the person is in, door is closed and there is no response or follow up with tennants. No maintenance staff at all. None. Remodel done poorly. Doors don't shut.Heating units routinely don't work, not sure on a/c yet. Shelving not installed on studs, come out of drywall, unusable. All tennants have issues with running of building. Poor organization. Only able to enter through 1 door now making grocery runs difficult and deliveries. No assigned parking which is a mess. Key fobs don't work regularly have to be redone. Money grab for Gorman. Look elsewhere. Honestly thought it would get better. It just gets worse.
I have to wonder if someone wrote a bad review to keep others away. It can't be all bad and filled to 100%. I have seen this place and find it to be a great mix of demographic and wonderful people. I'd live here if I could.
