The property has gone downhill in maintenance, friends and family noticed it. people buy the property and it worse each time, when the water was turned off so the landscaping died off, I knew what type of company I was dealing with.

The Pear Tree is a nice community. We have issues with the dog park because some tenants are not responsible for their dogs excrement. If people would have some respect for their fellow neighbors this place would be amazing.

After renewing our contract here because honestly, I was having a hard time finding a new place, it has been an "ok" experience. There are a few things that need touch ups and fixed here and there, which take a long time to get maintanence to fix them. We were also promised refrigerated air, then the day of move in we quickly noticed it had a swamp cooler. For the price of the rent, the quality of service lacks. I have had any issues from maintanence telling me to 'read the manual' when I needed help fixing something, taking over a month to work on my maintanence request, and also leaving my door unlocked after they entered my apartment to fix things, which I noticed after I got home from being at work all day. If you have patience for this, then look here for living quarters. I'm counting down the months on our contract.

Our apartment complex is a great place to live, it offers 1, 2 or 3 rooms in varies sizes all which are spacious and nice.It's convenient location gives us a walking distance to many department stores as well as restaurants.The staff is always friendly, active and strives for excellence within the community, our needs are always very well met. Other features that give comfort is the maintenance of the large salt water pool and it's fenced child playground and pet park. I am very happy to call this place my home.
