AC Still Not Fixed

It has now been a week since my air conditioning has stopped working. Over the week, there have been multiple days of heat advisory which have caused temperatures in my apartment to rise as high as 91°F on some days! Despite submitting multiple work orders, emails, and frequently visiting the front office requesting updates, I still remain without a clear timeline or solution to the issue. This is unsafe, uncomfortable, and unprofessional!

Don’t move

Place is disgusting, apartments are old. Bathrooms are filthy. Neighbors blast music all hours of the day & the leasing office does nothing about it. Charged multiple fee’s at move out, although i did everything right. Management sucks. Trash is always full & overflowing.

Horrible Experience, charged $3,000 at move out

I had an absolutely horrible experience living here 2022-2023. Within the first week of move in noticed a leak in the ceiling that let large amounts of rain in, in my bedroom. I notified maintenance and it was NEVER FIXED throughout my entire stay. I also received a notice about lease renewal about 45 days prior to move out and notified them right away that I would be moving out. After moving out I was charged $2,974 for an “insufficient notice”. When I called they said that I was charged that amount because I needed to notify 60 days prior and they did not need to send me any type of reminder or notification about this prior to the 60 days. No appreciation for their customers and try to get over on you.

Lovely apartments with fireplaces and patios in a gated community - walking distance to shopping, restaurants and malls and nice amenities - (gym, pool, clean complex, easy parking, secure mail room, convenient trash disposal, playground, peaceful lake). Overall nice place to live.

I truly have some wonderful quiet neighbors and as a community I feel very safe and comfortable coming and going at all times. overpriced /don't be fooled

i have lived here with my family of 5 by force of lease. Building is infested with roaches and nets. I had the apartment sprayed by the owner for 2 months but they started adding it to my rent. We haven't had a screen door for patio since we moved in/ requested it but they gave the back order excuse the entire year. once you visit you can look around and see other units are missing theirs too. They use coverup paint appliances which peels and smells when the stove heat up. AC /heat unit is out of date. unless you get snap and shoals pre paid you will be paying 500 on electricity. It never cools off. they clean the outside ground daily so don't be fooled by that. The staged unit they show you is renovated and none of the units here looks that way.

Safe, conveniently located, peaceful environment, but Peaks Landing does not take care of longtime "loyal" residents, you only upgrade apartments for new residents, which is very disappointing especially seeing they never stay long.

My first year here I did not get to enjoy the amenities since the pool was closed almost all summer for a broken part. The gate entrance was broken when I move in and it took almost 6 months to get it fixed after numerous complaints of having a gated area not being sealed off and people driving in through the improper gate. The staff Ms Eliane and all the office crew well the sweetest friendly people you ever want to meet and always willing to see what they could do to help. They make things easier when there was difficulty going on in your apartment due to maintenance.

Horrible staff

This property is horrible. My boyfriend at the time rented here. I tried to move in with him 6 months or so later and they denied me. We then got married and he tried to put me on the lease again and they denied me again. So when my husband got evicted they decided to put the apartment on my credit and make me responsible!! I keep trying to call them to get it taken off but they purposely avoid me. Been trying to get in touch with Ms. Alicia for over a month and still nothing. DO NOT RENT HERE

Mixed feelings

When I first moved into this apartment with my roommate we were very excited, however; when they gave us a tour of the apartment we noticed there was no screen door, and we told them that there wasn't. Now it's been just about a year and there still isn't a screen door, and when maintenance came to "fix it" he had the audacity to call me a liar about it never being present. Also we had ants when we move in, then we started getting hornets due to our lack of a screen door, and now we are getting German Cockroaches and nothing is being done about it. I love the people at the office but maintenance is rude..well, only the Russian man. I like it here but I can't wait to move.

The home I made into a HOME

I first moved into my apartment August 1, 2008. The week before that, I was homeless and unemployed. The week of, I turned 23. The previous year I had to drop out of college because I could no longer pay my tuition out of pocket. Being from S. Carolina, I was young with no money, no family in the city of Atlanta. I had jobs, laid off, let go, etc., different cars with all sorts of issues. No matter what, I maintained my household. I am writing this in my home, In which i strived for, since August 1st, 2008.

Great Staff

I moved from Ohio to Conyers GA. The staff was so helpful. I completed everything (application and proof of income)online. They allowed my friend to come to pay the deposit to hold apartment until I came a month later. When I drove 10 hrs later Tia had my keys and a smile ready for me. Gated community, swimming pool and great staff is perfect for my family and I!
