If you are looking for a community that puts you in the middle of everything this is it! My commute to downtown takes all of 15 minutes as well as my commute to the Cumberland/Smyrna area. I've been staying here for a year now and I love how quiet the area is. My favorite feature has to be my screened in porch because I'm able to relax outside without having to deal with pesky bugs! You'll also love the new Property Manager Sydney. Since she's taken over the community she's made it her mission to turn things around for the better. You won't regret living here!

I've lived at 12th since July and I've had such a great experience every step of the way. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, the leasing and move in process went smoothly, and I LOVE my apartment. My favorite part about it is the vaulted ceilings since I live on the third floor. The pool and amenities are a big draw, and I love the resident events the office puts together every month. Overall 10/10 experience!

never in my life thought I'd have to experience such disappointment and uncomfort from an apartment that looked nice. There's been a centipede infestation in the apartments, 100's come out at night from everywhere & there has been issues with mice and not even being able to catch them !

I loved this place! When I called I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone about my move and made it to her for later that day. Driving up you can tell the properties very well taken care of! It's a beautiful gated community and the customer service was amazing! The girls in the office were welcoming and had me laugh in the whole time! I may apply because of them alone!

I’ve lived here over a year! The complex is always quiet, not a lot of noise ever. It’s convenient to 285 as well as Walmart, Publix, or Krogers. Minutes from downtown and lots of food choices if that is important to some. The complex amenities are also great, I enjoy the gym as it has some of the best equipment one may be looking for. Overall my stay has been great, and if any issues are to arise maintenance response time is great!!!!

Ah where do I even start? There is mold in the apartments. Ok the windows. I’ve been sick for weeks. I was so sick I thought I had covid, it was just mold. Management denied the mold claim. I even called corporate they were worst and denied the mold claim. DONT LIVE HERE We moved apartments. Thinking okay this is better. Where our water heater was located there was black mold all on there. Management denied the mold. Maintenance claims the ac froze over therefore they had to shut off our ac. We were told they were coming back first thing in the morning. They came back two days later. It had reached 80 degrees in here. I had a water leak from the people above us. The leak was so bad water came through the floor and formed mold on the ceiling. They didn’t pull out the drywall to dry it properly, they cleaned it and said “it’s good to go” Every time I sleep at my apartment I wake up like a rock was on my chest all night, coughing, congested, (symptom of breathing in mold). I sleep anywhere else I don’t have those symptoms. Don’t live here also they went up on the rent $400 on one year. For what? The renovations are subpar. Any amateur could’ve completed these renovations with YouTube and paint. Oh and another thing. Our kitchen sink water smells so bad. It smells like straight up chlorine. Even the manager confirmed, but she said that’s something the city handles. I’m telling you stay somewhere else !!!! I only gave it one Star because I had to in order to post.
Prior to even receiving the opportunity to tour this space or complete an application, the customer service was subpar. I was scheduled for a tour in the morning, but upon arrival, i was accused of my a wrongdoing when the admin double booked my tour time slot. I was also informed that 3rd parties don’t appropriately depict available units. All done at 8am, so what a beautiful start (sarcasm). Be sure to overly-communicate with multiple employees prior to touring, applying or booking as accurate info is not communicated across people

I neverrrr leave reviews but I feel like the staff at 12th and James needs to be acknowledged. I had been looking for a 3 bedroom unit in quite a few different areas for 2 months and had a horrible experience. I was given the run around for a month with one community and completely lied to with another community. So the interaction at 12th and James was extremely refreshing. They ALWAYS answered the phone and were very pleasant over the phone. When I went to view the unit Kristin was very kind and personable. Unit had been completely updated. Everything was beautiful. I have 2 children, one 7 year old and a 10 month old, so the cleanliness of the apartment was important. I decided to apply and after a tremendous amount of help from Shannon I was approved and given my move in date. Shannon went above and beyond to help and never seemed annoyed by me calling her every day lol. The complex is nice. The apartments are nice. Staff are phenomenal. I’m so excited to be living here! Thank you 12th and James!

it was very quiet and peaceful in my apartment complex. So far it is safe and secured and I love the fact that it is gated!
