Our 5/5 Bedroom suites here at Peachstone Independent Senior Living are for 55 and older independent seniors who are looking for a carefree, active and structured community. These rooms are companion style living with a shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is equipped with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and an air-fryer. Each door also has its own lock. Our community is handicapped equipped with elevators and doors wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers. We have handicapped showers and rails to accommodate our tenants. The monthly rate of $950.00 includes utilities and furniture if needed. The furniture can be removed, if you need to bring your own bedroom set. There is a $75.00 application fee and a $250.00 administration fee. Once all fees are paid, your room is guaranteed. These are non-refundable fees. There is not a deposit. With the $75.00 application fee, we do a background check [for the last 5 years] for the following: 1- Credit screening 2-Search for any drug related history/charges 3- Search for violent crimes 4- Search for any disputes with past landlords Your income must reflect that you earn at least $1300.00 a month. The $250.00 Administration Fee is to hold the room and guarantee it for the client once a room becomes available. You will need I.D. for a tour and proof of income [an award letter from SSI or a bank statement showing monthly deposits] with your application. If your income is below $1300.00/month, then you will need a co-signer. The co-signer will have to have a background check also for an additional $25.00. All rooms are on a first come first served basis with all fees being paid in advance.
