Property Ratings at Payette Plaza
These apartments are 1 bed, 1 bath, fairly small kitchen, and a bathroom that is a decent size. There is management that is there from time to time, and a maintenance person who is very rarely on site. A resident has keys to the maintenance doors, and controls the resident funds that are made through the residents donating cans to recycle. This resident also dictates when the common area blinds will be open or closed, and what other residents can and can't place outside their apartments. Because the maintenance person is rarely on site, it's a long wait if something should go wrong with anything in your apartment, so sometimes the wait is weeks, months or years. There is two washers and two driers on the property that are there for the residents to use, when they work. There is a small movie library of older VHS tapes, and old computers upstairs for resident use. There are holiday potlucks for residents that like to get together with other residents and celebrate. All in all the apartment building isn't too bad, the windows aren't sealed, air comes in through the wall outlets, also; the hood above the stove brings in a lot of outside are, and the vent in the bathroom leaks in cold air. Some apartments have been updated with new paint, and old carpeting has been taken out, but some haven't, the walls are thin, and there are older base board heaters.
