I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but none have come close to my experience at Pavillions. The community is always spotless, peaceful, and well taken care of. Maintenance is outstanding—our AC stopped working on a Sunday night, and they came out quickly and fixed it without any hassle. I also appreciate that they offer Flex payment options, which makes things much easier. The location is another big plus: just minutes from Boca Raton and surrounded by great stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and multiple supermarkets. We’ve renewed our lease several times, and the rent increases have always been minimal. In fact, one year they even let us renew at the exact same rate. Overall, Pavillions has been one of the best and most reliable places we’ve ever lived.
Honestly, this is the best apartment community we’ve ever lived in. The location couldn’t be better just one light away from Boca Raton (0.5 miles) and everything is so close by. We’re 4 minutes from Deerfield Mall, with stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Ulta, Publix, and Burlington, and only 3 miles from Boca Town Center. The area feels safe, quiet, and super convenient. Everything you need is just around the corner, and the community itself is clean, peaceful, and well-kept.

Lived there for 4 years. Complex & corporate Management lacks vital skills in communication, taking accountability/ownership for untruths & mistakes and taking action to enforce lease rules. They rarely answer phone when you call. Email is only way to get response. Their long-standing excuse for everything is they are understaffed. Even closed several days when someone was sick. There are plenty of other complexes that is worth the price in rent and has acceptable best practices in property management. I recommend to stay away from this one. I’ve rented for many many years in south Florida. Born & raised here. Never wrote a negative review about apartment complex before in my life.

I love this community I've live here about 4yr. Never really had any issues. The staff members are super nice and helpful. FELIX AND MILTON THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARE AWESOME. THANK YOU GUYS FOR FIXING MY OVEN.

The Pavilions of Deer Chase is a wonderfully manicured and maintained community. Being one of the only pet-friendly rental communities in N. Broward, the management does a superb job of maintaining the grounds and amenities.
I have lived here 32 years- I am the longest resident .....it has been a wonderful place to live ~
My wife and I have loved living here. Only drawbacks would be the price and lack of storm shutters for windows during hurricane season.
It is a good place to live. Good management and staff. Nice neighbourhood & its convenient to good schools and shopping plazas & dinning.
This place is getting worse by the day... the manager is horrible, doesn't do anything to better the community. There is absolutely no security and the maintenance is useless. The gym's door has been broken for a year now and multiple non residents go in and out, smoking and drinking. All the manager says is that there is nothing they can do about it. Now, the gym door is permanently locked and us residents cant even use it because they did not solve the issue in an effective manner. It's so bad that even renters are renting their apts to outside people, meaning no background checks. Horrible place to live.
I have been living at Pavillions at Deer Chase for 1 year and I just renewed my lease. Sara and Isis in the leasing office always greet me with a smile and are ready to assist me with anything I might need. Isis is very prompt to respond to my e-mails. This community is also very dog friendly which I enjoy! There are always dog treats in the leasing office. Luis on the maintenance team is a big help. He even came to assist with the my A/C on a Sunday morning.
I lived there for 3 years first year was great second year a neighbor apartment caught on fire and we were forced to moved and that's when the nightmare started had the worst neighbor ever he screamed and intimidated me for a whole year and after I moved out when I was supposed to didn't break my lease they messed my credit for supposedly damaging the apartment. Worst place ever do not move there
Very quiet neighborhood, very well kept grounds. Maintenance is quick, office staff are nice. No complaints
Great staff on site, maintenance makes sure my work orders done. I have the loft apartment (it took me a year to finally be able to rent it since they only have a few), and I LOVE IT. Very spacious even though it is not updated appliances, for a 1 bedroom with 1 full bathroom in a half there is a lot of space! Did I tell you I have a gorgeous view!!!
I moved in to Pavilions at deer chase 2 years ago. Now owned by BH managment. I am in the Pompano loft style apartment which is a great unit! Huge upstairs bedroom and a great lake view. Kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated but they are in the process of updating all of the units. The complex is nestled in a smaller community of homes and stays very quiet through the day and night. All repairs that have been needed have been fixed or addressed same day. I would definitely recommend this community for anyone looking in the Deerfield Beach area.
