      At initial move in at Plantation Way, all things went well. A Quiet Place and Convenient to all Things I need.. Would recommend this place to others! Miss Claire in the office made the process smooth and was always attentive and concerned that everything was going ok.. Love it here!!

      Not What I'd Hoped

      Complex itself is fine, dated, but fine. The Amenities are trying to be decent, but the workout equipment is mostly broken and the pool area is always filthy. The problem is the people. Not from middle Georgia and not sure what I was expecting, but the people here are trash. NO ONE picks up after their dogs. Tons of trash around because people are too lazy to pick up after themselves. No accountability. A "friendly reminder" text isn't going to get people to pick up dog poop. Maintenance is also a joke. Took 5 tickets to get them to realize there was a leak inside of a wall and they still never fixed it. Good luck to whoever has to fix that damage down the road.

      Roach Infestation

      Don’t move here. The apartments are infested with roaches. If I could attach the photos, I would. I can not get anyone on the phone. I can not get anyone to return my calls. You pay for pest control but they never come out.

      Best Apartment Ever

      If I’m being honest this was one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I never had any pest issues, my neighbors were nice and quiet, it was located around grocery stores, gas stations, nail salons. The leasing staff was very polite. The only reason I left was due to the increase in rent and my pay was not increasing at work. If I could I would move back here without hesitation!

      There is a lot to love about Pavilion. The open floor plan of the apartment, the elevators, the quietness, the cleanliness, the pool and beautiful well maintained grounds, the wonderful caring management team, the awesome maintenance team, being able to have my dog here, a nice balcony, and most people are very nice here as neighbors. I feel very happy and safe here.

      I moved here from out of state , sight only seen by video . Its open and roomy, plenty of natural light, hallways are clean, grounds are clean, elevators so helpful , beautiful pool area and a gym. Hot water and water pressure in the shower are great. No trouble with my phone wi fi. I am very happy with my choice because, as I ride around, I could have made a worse choice. And the fact that its affordable to me, after Ive worked so hard forever, means everything to me

      I love living here

      Everything you’d ever need is just a short walk away if for some reason you don’t have a ride. It’s pretty quiet here, and parking has never been an issue. It’s really nice that there’s elevators. One of the main reasons I chose to live here is because a washer and dryer are included. The maintenance guys are good, they’ll get to your problem quickly. The manager, Tiffany, is awesome, she’s always willing to help you out in any way she can. It’s nice knowing there’s a fire station just down the hill. I live on the side that’s closest to the interstate and I’ve never heard traffic from inside the apartment.

      Don't Judge The Book By It's Cover

      Work is always done to the outside of the building but never to the inside. I don't know where to begin so I will make a list. 1. Hallways Stink 2. Elevator ALWAY nasty and permit expired 3. Walls and Doors are so nasty you are afraid to touch them. 4. Bugs in the Apartments 5. Hallways HOT and Nasty no air in Hallways nor Elevator 6. Never have seen anyone cleaning the building in the inside only the outside. 7. Nothing for Children to do 8. Door in the Hallways will not stay open 9. Wall in the hallways need to be painted, they started on some wall and have not finished I have been staying here for 2years and can't wait for my lease to be up. They have the nerve to be going up on the rent and nothing is ever done to he inner appearance of the building. DO NOT MOVE HERE !

      The good, the bad, the ugly

      The Good: Staff is friendly, maintenance issues corrected in a timely manner, ample parking, proximity to grocery and entertainment, washer and dryer included in units, ample storage space, elevators make upper floor living great, quiet location with wooded property surrounding,pool and gym are usually not over crowded, planned community events for residents. The Bad: Several residents smoke pot in their apartment making the halls smell horrible, the non smoking units means smokers are to smoke outside which makes enjoying your balcony less enjoyable while they are out smoking, hallways are inside and can be loud when people are walking, the leasing office is located inside of the gated area so the gates are open allowing anyone to enter and exit (had a previous tenant come to my apt 2 years after he vacated...) The Ugly (literally): The siding is in desperate need of cleaning, mold or mildew growing all over it, the halls need to be painted and carpets need to be cleaned. Same patched spots have remained unpainted for at least 2 years despite being told they would be painted (only accent walls in the first floor were painted), some pet owners do not pick up after their dogs even feet from the pet waste disposal area and grounds keeping doesn't pick it up either (stepped in piles more than once) Overall if I had to live here again it would be okay. It would not be my first choice but it still is one of the better complexes in the area for the money. Nicer and newer apartments are available for around the same rent as they were going to charge me to renew my lease. Add the increased rent and the grounds keeping issues and building maintenance issues is ultimately why I decided to move.

      Love it!

      Living at Pavilion at Plantation Way for the past year has been a pretty great experience. The elevators are a great touch and the ladies working in the office are always on top of everything. The pool is a wonderful place every time I have gone. The only maintenance issue I have had was taken care of in a timely manner. I cannot express how much I have enjoyed being there.
