The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pavilion Apartments
I enjoy living here. I have lived here for 2 years now. It is affordable, no bugs or roaches in sight ever. I’ve seen the apartments ran by 2 different managers but both have been pleasant. The office calls back, and answers questions and concerns promptly. I will say I wish we had security guards, or more cameras in the complex.
I just moved in. So far so good. I do have some concerns I will share: 1. Don't bother buying a remote for the gate: The front gate is always open even though I was told it closes everyday at 7. In fact, I was "tricked" because on my receipt for that it states "25.00 for credit check" not for the remote control clicker. 2. It is a non smoking property but I see people smoking all the time...so I guess that isn't enforced. 3. Don't expect to get honest opinions from the staff until after you sign the lease. After I signed my lease, the rental staff informed me of a BUNCH of crap I thought any decent leasing agent would tell a consumer before signing..(this was my fault but still, have some decency). I will update my experience after a few months.
There staff is wonderful , the maintnance man is always on time and the floorplan is beautiful!
Incomparable manager. Quiet and homely community with all the amenities. Very affordable. Best complex ever and I have been in a few.
