Peekskill is a charming small city positioned about forty miles north of Manhattan on the east bank of the Hudson River. The community hosts a thriving Downtown district loaded with locally-owned specialty shops, eclectic restaurants, and entertainment venues—Swing by the Peekskill Farmers’ Market at the center of town for the freshest produce and groceries around, grab a drink at the Quiet Man Public House, or catch a show at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater.
One of the city’s most notable features is its access to nature: the sprawling Depew Park sits on the south side of town, providing an expansive network of trails to explore the natural splendor of the region. Bear Mountain State Park sits directly across the river, providing gorgeous scenery and putting outdoor adventures just a short drive away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Patricia Apartments
Calling this place a luxury apartment is a downright lie. We have no hot water in the winter, the garbage is frequently overflowing, our cars have gotten dented in this parking lot more times than in NYC, and other residents had rat problems.
First, I would like to say that these are nothing close to Luxury Apartments. Yes, some of their apartments have the new cabinets, over, fridge, washer/dryer, bathroom, etc. But, the building is old and infested with bugs. When we first moved in this past year we noticed that there were bugs all over the apartment. We took it into our own hands at first and bought bug spray to spray the apartment. After a few weeks the bugs did not go away. We emailed/called the leasing office and told them about our bug issue. They failed to take care of it. After two months of waiting, we decided to come out of our own pocket and pay for an exterminator to come and spray the apartment. Continuing, there is not a leasing office at my location, the leasing office is in Ossining (20 minutes from Peekskill). The employees at the leasing office are lazy and have no attention to detail. They will ignore emails and say whatever they need to say to get you off of the phone with them. Do not try to break a lease at this apartment. You will have to pay 2.5 times your monthly rent to get out of your lease. My fiancé and I had to come out of pocket $5,250 just to break our lease (We were relocating due to a new job opportunity that I took). When we made our official appointment for the leasing office to do their final walk through of the apartment, they failed to show up. I had to call them to see if someone was on their way. We called and told them we had to get on the road. So, Alanna, instructed me to go ahead and get on the road and that they would have someone sent me a video of the apartment as they walk through. Long story short, they did not complete my official walk through until after 3 weeks. We never received a video of someone doing the walk through, and they claimed that the apartment was dirty so they wanted to keep our deposit. We mopped/swept the floors and counters. We also wiped down walls and cleaned the bathroom and all closets. How can you claim the apartment is dirty after not doing the official walk through until 3 weeks after it has been vacant and UNLOCKED since we were instructed to leave our keys inside since they failed to attend the appointment? Anyone could have went into the apartment due to no one taking the initiative to do the final walk through until 3 weeks after. I honestly do not recommend living here. Yes, New York is expensive and the availability is terrible right now, but please try and find somewhere else to stay.
i am on my 4th month there, and despite a few hiccups, the staff has been very responsive and helpful. Olga is super friendly and kind and everything has worked out perfectly! thank you so much!
I've been living at the Patricia apartments for a couple of years now. It's a wonderful location and beautiful place. I have had issues here and there within the apartment which the team members have been working with me to get them resolved as quick as possible. The staff is amazing! They are helpful, friendly, efficient, personable, professional and genuinely wonderful people.
