It's expensive..but it's nice.

I honestly do not like apartment complexes, however as far as apartments go..this place is nice. My apartment was clean when I moved in I don't ever hear my neighbors, and the staff is nice but not in your face..like chill. They don't hassle you about every little thing and anything I needed help with they went out of their way to help me with. Cale who works in the office is a genuinely nice helpful person. It's not cheap but nowhere in Colorado is anymore. If you move in pay for a parking spot in the garage, you will appreciate it when they have concerts and there are no open spots. People complain about paying to park, it's a parking garage..it's not going to be free..that's just what it is. Also the concerts do kinda suck, especially the ones when there's a 1000 kids out there. But it's not that big of a deal, everything else makes up for it.

Bad all around

They want your money and that is all. The summer concerts take all the parking and make it a drain to live here. There is dog poop all over the property and it smells like sewage in the main lobby constantly. The so-called "valet trash service" is worthless and is another way for them to charge you extra. they force their internet on you when you have the right to choose any ISP available. They also have employees leave 5 star reviews to boost the properties rating. This complex is struggling to fill its rooms because nobody wants to live here or renew their lease. Glad to leave this place. Stay away if you enjoy your happiness.

Amazing Artwork

I have really enjoyed the mural be developed on the 5th floor of the Patina Flats at the Foundry. Seeing the art piece slowly grow each morning has been a true delight! I am so excited to see the final product once its complete. I am truly proud to live in a place that supports artist and their uniquely amazing talents.
