Lyndon is a quaint residential community roughly 11 miles east of Downtown Louisville. The neighborhood features a close-knit community and a sense of small-town charm due to the city’s long-time residents. There are longstanding single-family homes and apartments in the area, as well as new, more upscale apartment communities to choose from. Residents of Lyndon appreciate proximity to the city while enjoying their laid-back, suburban atmosphere. Robsion Park is a great place to enjoy a jog along paved, tree-lined trails, while A.B. Sawyer Park is the place to go for access to athletic fields. Several county clubs surround Lyndon, including Hurstbourne Country Club. Mall Saint Matthews sits across the intersection at State Route 60 and Interstate 264 from Lyndon, offering residents easy access to abundant department stores, retailers, and restaurants not far from home.

Property Ratings at Partridge Meadows Apartments
I have live at Patridge Meadows for almost 13 years and I will highly recommend. A lot of changes since the new Management. The cleanliness of the area and the people work at the office are very pleasant. Not like the previous one with their attitude are so bad. The manager Elizabeth was so helpful very pleasant with a good attitude and explaining everything to you. So if you looking for good area and good apartment I will recommend the Patridge Meadows Apartment neighborhood are nice your safe.
Military discount, quiet, plenty of parking and a very large space with a lot of personality. Great experience with all the office ladies, grounds and maintenance. Only wish they had a dog park on premise for all the families with dogs. I would pay a monthly fee to have one. Nice place to call home for a while.
The apartments look nice with an okay price, but don't let them fool you. The people in the office ignore your calls and are very rude. Your mail that is delivered to your front door will be stolen. Cars are broken into. It is not a safe place to live and they do not help you feel at home. They do not take care of their residents.

I really likes this place at first but they will lie to u to get u to move in I moved in when they were running a special and told me when my lease is up that if I sign another lease my rent will go up no more than 15.00 well when it was up my rent went up 100.00 more lease was up sept they sent notice out aug so really no time to move so needless to say I had to sign another lease but I guarantee I won’t sign another lease next yr so be careful
