I have lived here since Feb. 2023 And its been pretty good especially for mine and my boyfriends first apartment. Management is very nice and helpful. The units are very modern as well. Rent is very affodable too.
I love this apartment I have a patio, where I can put my flowers, there are no indoor pest, manager will take care of it if there is, put in a maintenance request and they take care of the problem, it is very quiet, all working are retired residents, the yards are kept up, grass is cut every week no outside pest, just the local GEESE, THAT COMES LOOKING FOR FOOD, I have been here for a year and plan on staying as long as I can, Mr. Chris is a very good manager he will take care of you, and any situation that needs his attention for your apartment, all I can say is WELCOME HOME
I am beyond pleased with the quick response to my request and the overall service I receive here at Towne Manor. How excellent is this!! I typed a request for faucet repair in my kitchen at approximately 2:45 p.m. on 7/20/18. Within the hour the maintenance crew was at my door ready to make the repair!! Not only did they make the repair but were in and out of my place in about 15 minutes! With good work done! That is so good and I am so appreciative. Thank you for your diligence and good work. Woo Hoo I love this place!!
