If you want to be around drugs, crime and horrible living conditions...welcome to parkway
I advise anyone looking to live here, run away fast. The owner's are jerks. And so is the office manager. The place is unsafe in every way. And it's no safer next door at Fox run. They have carjackings going on, drug dealers, the geese run the complex. The managment will not return calls. They are complete idiot's.
Please for your own sake do not come to parkway. The apartment next to me has them bad and has given then to everyone in my complex basically every building in the complex has them. I just saw one in mine last week. Some of the people refuse to get exterminated because there moving out soon so in the mean time there growing and growing. Just drive by the dumpsters, every week filled with discarded furniture filled with bed bug droppings (if you see that they had it bad.) I throw basically everything I own away from beds, tables, chairs, my sons toys, clothes. A new girl just moved in below and I feel horrible she doesn't know what she walked into. Just giving you a warning wish I would of had one:(
Low Rent and no amenities.... far from the freeway.... but close to the city pool. Good school district but the owner is a jerk. It balances out lol
