The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkway Place Apartments
I’ve been living here since November and have no complaints. The neighbors are friendly, the grass stays cut, and the highway noise is barely noticeable. Although there is no onsite manager 24/7 a quick call to the leasing office handles any problem within the complex; they even send someone out every month to spray all apartments for any pests like ants, flies, roaches, etc (Although we’ve NEVER had a problem with any of those). The rent is fairly reasonable for 2 bedrooms and 1 bad. I honestly have no real complaints other than minor stuff like: I wish the closets were a bit bigger and that there was carpet!
Buildings are not that far from 101st highway and constantly you hear the traffic (cars zooming, horns, sirens, moto cycles) all night and day long, it is hard to sleep and have peace and quiet, for that the rent should be cheaper.I didnt notice it would be a problem until I started living there and actually spent the night there ,there is a difference when you just do a walk through than you being settled in,and for that I regret signing the lease. ..There is no onsite management, so there is no one to clean up all the dead bugs in the walk way.The closet space is very small because you share it with the washer and dryer.Other than that no one bothers you,and the apartment is a decent size besides the small closet.

We apologize that our community is not living up to your expectations. We do our best to make our complex as comfortable as possible for our residents. You can always reach out to us with any of your concerns at Leasing@gva-tn.com.
My two bedroom apartment is perfect for anyone single or hoping to start a family. There is no carpet which I believe is perfect for anyone who tends to spill or drop things as much as I do. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer set; so you don't have to worry about purchasing your own. The apartments also come with a microwave and dishwasher so that will save you money. I love the apartment and the area is safe. You should defiantly come have a walk through before you look any further.
Overall i have a nice 3bed room house i have 1 television that every night me && my girlfriend have to carry back and fourth from tha living room to our bed room... we behind on our rent cause i lost my job our toilet leaks and tha people we renting from won't come & fix it.
