Property Ratings at Parkway at 31 Apartments
I've had a great experience living at Parkway at 31 apartments. The community is clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect-close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, yet still quiet and comfortable. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I have needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and its clear they take pride in keeping the property looking nice. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities make everyday living even better. Overall Parkway at 31 truly feels like home and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Myrtle Beach.
The units have water damages from poor roofing contractors. Rain water can be heard inside the walls, and wet tapping noises as well. Hopefully your unit doesnt have any water issues. The project looks overall abandoned-note the overgrown 7ft tall weeds in the fields. Parking lots flood into half of the garages as of writing this. Spider infestation in the stairwells. Other than that, the office staff are responsive and attentive to the tenants. The Luxury community events are a nice touch though. Oh yes and a free month off promotion for new tenants is appreciated.
