The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parkview
This is a really good place to stay. I've been here for a year and if I wasn't moving out of town, I would stay here. My neighbors were always friendly. Only thing I would say is an issue is the maintenance takes a long time (weeks) to get things done and the units are outdated. Also, if you referred someone, you won't get paid your $100 towards rent as told. They will find a way out of it. The rent to me was reasonable for a 3BD and heat included. I have kids and there was tons of space. The kids outside were not bad and they were respectful.
Me and my wife moved in less then 1 yrs ago. Since then my car has been broken into twice and her car once. Last week they broke into everyone's storage unit causing us to spend more money on locks and chains to protect our stuff. Rent is to high for the place not to be update nowhere in the building. Old cabinets old heating. There's a pest problem and much more bad things to say about this place. I wouldn't recommend no one moving here at all. Lousy place to stay.
Its a nice neighborhood... It's safe and quiet.. You have decent sized rooms with a bath and a half.. You have air conditioning in the unit.... It's a great apartment complex
I really like the space with spacious bedrooms and a bath and a half. Its a kid friendly property. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.. The office staff friendly and helpful.
I went to see this property yesterday in hopes of finding the beauty I'd seen in the picture, however I was disappointed incredibly. The buildings in the pictures are not available but they own another large apartment building, very old across the parking lot. Looks run down on the outside. In the locked lobby it reeked of cigarettes, once inside the actual hallway of the building it smelled like hot intercourse, and the apartment smelled like the carpets had been cleaned with dirty water or not dried properly. The apartment itself was run down also. I left there as soon as possible.
