Property Ratings at Parkview Estates
As I grew up not too far from here, it was nice to find an apartment complex close to home. It has been nice to live here as I was close to my parents while they were still living in the home I grew up in. So was nice to find this apartment so close to home.
I enjoy where I stay because of quietness and a peacefulness. Everyone minds their own business.
It's clean and we'll kept, inside and out. The property is well groomed and the location leaves little to be desired.

Maybe if I lived in buildings 1-3 I would give it a 2 star review. Maybe a 3 star if I were in the 1, yes 1, building that has close access to visitor parking. I was in building 4, as far from any parking as you can get. The lack of access makes carrying in groceries a pain. door dash can rarely find you. The Rent payment site is from the late 1990's. If you call the office no one answers or calls you back. Half the time when I tried to stop in the office was closed during office hours. My buildings "secure" doors are found stuck open daily. homeless people wonder in and hang out. lastly my downstairs neighbor would listen to loud heavy base at all hours of the day every day. it took months of complaining and trying to complain before anything happened. that has been better the couple of months but its getting bad again.
Parkview is a good place to live the staff is always there when you need them.
Very clean and hospitable complex. Staff is extremely helpful in your adjustment to your new home. The leasing process was efficient and transparent.
I love the area very quite and calm and feel relaxed here .

I love living at Parkview Estates I've lived there for six plus years and it's been amazing especially having keri as our landlord she is very open minded and can be very flexible when she needs to be maintenance dog is awesome and very friendly
Parkview is a decent apartment complex with easy access to schools, shopping and parks.
Generally quiet location, decent for highway/freeway access.
Parkview is a good place to live management is great and professional neighbors are great also the grounds are well kept up.
The location is great, the coon rapids dam is super close. Apt size is spacious.
In my experience, the office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs, and the property is kept clean. keep in mind that what is a top priority for me may not be on your top ten list and my experience is different from yours and everyone else will always have different experiences. With that; the entire surroundings are great and beautiful too. Lot of space to park and a visitor parking space too. A place to BBQ with family, friends, and sometimes; neighbors. Easy to commute to nearby restaurants and shopping centers.
It will come as a surprise to many, but the management here is outstanding. They are a large part of the reason we continue to stay.
Parkview is a great place to live they really keep up the place and if you have a maintenance problems it's always taken care of

I am a long time resident of Parkview Estates, and Truly Enjoy living here. It is peaceful, Beautiful park with a playground for the kids. I love that it is close to bus service, and The Staff are Professional, Helpful, and Knowledgeable.

When I applied for my apartment, I was told that my name would be put on a list to get a garage as soon as one became available. It's been over a year now, and no progress has been made. In February I bought a new car, but forgot to put my old parking sticker in the new car, so I decided to park in the visitors lot to avoid getting towed. It turned out that the half of the lot that I had parked in wasn't part of the visitors lot and my car got towed anyway. Management did nothing to get my car released, and thus far has not credited my account for the towing fee. A few weeks ago, something started flooding in the living room of my apartment, so I called emergency maintenance, but nobody showed up that evening. My wife called the leasing office, and somebody finally showed up to fix it that day. I would not recommend renting here.

Communication and follow up from mgmt is poor.
The pictures on here are not from this complex at all. They have no greenspace or trees. It is pee stained hallways and smokers galore smoking anywhere they want and leaving cigarette butts.
Property Manager at Parkview Estates, Responded To This Review
I believe you may have mistaken us for a different property. All photos were taken on site. We have a huge courtyard with lots of grass and trees. We began implementing a no smoking policy in our buildings in 2018 and are working on becoming completely smoke free. We walk our properties regularly and have not seen any urine in our hallways and have very few animals at the property. We also periodically steam clean the common area carpets. We take pride in our property and providing a great community for our residents.
It is a great place to live, I just wish things would get fixed better.
I have been very happy overall with the management and maintenance staff at Parkview Estates Apartments. I have lived here for around 4 years now and can easily say that this is the best apartment I have lived in out of all 8 apartments I have lived in, in the surrounding areas.

Parkview Estates is awesome! Amy and Kari are wonderful! They are both friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept, the buildings are very quiet and every single person I have run into - whether coming or going - has been friendly and helpful with holding the door open or carrying up a box up the stairs for me when moving in. I feel safe and comfortable and am happy to go home after a long day. I am so in love with my new community and home!! My apartment is so beautiful and spacious. Three huge closets!! Every girls dream!!
Parkview Estates is a great property to rent compared to other complexes in the area. Management is very professional and attentive to your needs, plus maintenance here is exceptional compared to other places I have lived.

I have lived in many different apartment buildings and this one has the best maintenance I have ever seen! They are always in my apartment fixing the problem within a couple hours of my request, and replace broken items immediately. The management and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have lived here for a couple years and am still a very happy resident!

I Love the Community of Parkview Estates. It is peaceful with a Beautiful park in the center of the community. It is close to Bus service, and meets my needs in all of the ways I deem important
We have lived here for over 4yrs and in those years we have had nothing but problems. Toilet water leaked into our apartment from upstairs did they move us no told to live with it and all did was paint and put a new light fixture over the damage. Oh hope you like loud music all hours of day and night cause they will do nothing for you.
I would like to add more to this but I think writing a book about this place is easier. If you want to know what I am talking about I invite you to come over and I will show you. Don't even get me started on how over priced this place is for what you get you can do a lot better than here say a cardboard box. BATHTUB STAINED KITHCHEN CUBOARDS A MESS BATHROOM FORGET ABOUT IT cleaning don't help it or any of it. Cant clean crape!
