Property Ratings at Parkview East
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Management has all but given up on this place. It’s hasn’t been cleaned in months. There is dog poop all over the property. Broken garage doors everywhere. The cops are here multiple times a week. All the positive rating are from friends and family of the owners. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
It?s a great place but a little high priced for some.
The location is very good, and I like the community.
I feel safe here. Its clean. Efforts are made to make up grades and take care of property.
I would recommend because this apartment to others for the fact that they accept pets. Have a very nice pet park. And kept the building neat and orderly!

Property is beautifully located next to the park and the units are well-designed and superbly maintained. Stace and Sue are a pleasure to work with and quickly respond to questions and requests.
It is quiet and quite private. But there are too many dogs. I've been accosted in the halls, stairways and entering the elevator. Within our hearing there is a dog we hear much of the day, as early as 4 AM and as late as 10:30. We haven't complained as it hasn't been very loud. but it does get tiring hearing it off and on all day.
Nearly all of my maintenance request have been resolved quickly. One was just hard to identify, but has now been completely addressed.
I would recommend this apartment. I find it peaceful and a safe neighborhood.
It is a nice building and I have made some friends here. If I knew of someone looking for a place to live, I would tell them about Parkview East/
It's a nice quiet place to live. Most apartment communities have so many residents that make a lot of noise.
While the apartment features and community cleanliness are fine, the noise level is unacceptable at times
I recently went on a tour of this, and am very excited to be moving in. The building is spotless (and smells great contrary to other comments), the garages are very nice, and the grounds are well kept. Jenny is the person who showed me around on my initial tour. She was great, and is part of the reason why I decided to go with this apartment. The apartment itself is awesome. All new appliances, in unit FULL SIZE washer/dryer, very adequate storage space, all utilities except electric paid. I can't wait.
Park View East is a great place to call home. The building is beautiful, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The units are quiet, you rarely hear anything. The building is secure and pet friendly. The extra amenities are wonderful, including the exercise room, community room and dog park. I have children, who also love it here. I highly recommend Park View East!!!
This building is brand new and just beautiful place to live. I love my 1 bedroom it is perfect size for my dog and me!
