WE HAVE NO AVAILABLE APARTMENTS AT THIS TIME but please contact us if you would like to be on the waiting list. The apartment complex is in friendly BBQ mecca Elgin, just 13 miles east of Austin. Take advantage of affordable Elgin rent for $500 to $900 a month LESS than the same apartment in Austin. Quiet complex is a hundred yards off of a low-travel highway. Large outside closet on the back porch. Free cable, water, sewer, and garbage. RENTER PAYS ONLY ELECTRIC. Just a short walk to Elgin Memorial Park where our tenants jog, picnic, and play. The Elgin Recreation Center is one block away - workout/weight room, basketball court, yoga classes, etc. A half-mile away are Walmart, a CVS pharmacy, two banks, Schlotzky's, Sonic, Taco Bell, and the famous Southside Market BBQ. 13 miles east of 130 in Austin, 20 miles south of Taylor, 20 miles north of Bastrop, 17 miles east of Manor, 2 miles from Austin Community College Elgin Campus.
