Parkside Village Apartments

My experience with the ladies in the office was great! They were super helpful and answered all my questions. The maintenance staff were very prompt on fixing things and were very nice when entering my apartment. If your looking for an awesome apartment and staff definitely check them out!!

I lived there for roughly 2 years and never had a problem with anything. The apartments were great and staff was excellent.

I am seriously disappointed in these apartments. We worked there all weekend to get a family member moved into their apartment. The description that I read was : "About Parkside Village Apartments Beautiful 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Very well maintained and manicured. Quiet safe community close to the center of town and close to local stores and the Mall. Local schools are close by some within walking distance." I have no idea who wrote this. My experience is different. The place was supposed to be cleaned and move in ready. I spent 3 hours scrubbing the kitchen. I had to bleach the dishwasher 4 times to get the mold and whatever else was in it out. The oven was dirty. I had to scrape some sort of sticky goo off of the oven hood. The cupboards had grey film on them. The refrigerator had food stuck to the door shelves. I finally made it to the bathroom where I found a crack in the tub. The water wouldn't shut off in the tub. The calk has grey looking mold under it. The linen closet door is nonexistent. I had to bleach the daylights out of everything. The laundry room door is off of its track. The screens in all of the windows are bent and bowed. Only one window can fairly easily open. The rest are so warped that no matter how hard you try, you can't get it open. This is not a great thing since these are presumably expected to be fire escapes to make up for having only one door through which to enter and exit. The fence is rotting and falling apart. I can't wait to see how long it takes to take care of this list of issues. This is only a partial list of things that are wrong.

I've been at this property for quite some time and the 'new' management is awful. They don't fix anything, office ladies are very unprofessional, and the prices are outlandish. We couldn't wait till we were able to move out!

Do not rent here, The people in the office are the worst I have ever had to deal with. Lived there 2 1/2 years and was glad once I finally moved out. If you have kids, forget it they are not kid friendly. The older lady in the office is horrible, the younger lady at least cares. LOL it looks like they wrote their own review below, it sure reads like an ad.

Very nice one bedroom apartment. Full bath, kitchen with pantry, stove & refrigerator included, bedroom with large walk in closet, and open dining room /living room. Plenty of storage room including attic space. Fenced in patio with room for a bar-b-que. Air conditioned and private parking. Access to on property laundry room. Located in walking distance of shopping center and beautiful city park. The park has baseball, basketball, tennis and soccer facilities as well as hiking trails. Great neighborhood. And pet friendly.
