Great area, love how we’re so near Wegmans and all the shopping and dining in the Providence Center. They said they were to have a dog park, it’s been 2 years and they have not started to build one yet. Pool is very nice but extremely small. Free 20 cups of coffee every month is a nice touch. Says pet friendly, but heard of staff complaints of dogs barking which does not make sense.

Initially, that was supposed to be built with phase 2, but unfortunately that project is on hold, beyond our control. Please know that the park across the street is pet friendly. Size of apartment is great. Lots of storage and a big kitchen. Amenities are well maintained both inside and outside. Communication with staff is easy. Only downside is walls are thin and parking garage.

Thoughtful check in process. There were water and snacks and paper goods which were extremely helpful when you are moving. Apartment was spotless. Couldn't ask for more

I have been living at Parkside Providence since June of last year. Rebecca was very patient showing me a selection of apartments, and we found the perfect one. My apartment is very comfortable, and I enjoy the amenities, especially the gym and the yoga classes. The events are really fun, and Diana does such a great job with presentation. Office staff are all extremely nice and helpful. Location is perfect.

Parking garage door has been on incorrectly for months and makes it hard to enter when you have your hands full because you have to pull up and not push down to open.
Office staff and maintenance staff are a pleasure to deal with. The building is kept beautiful. We are a happy family of 3 living here and will renew our lease

Very nice accommodations here everyone is nice no problems so far all of the girls are very nice the maintenance is extremely good parking is very secure ssyorage is very easy to get all the appliances work very well the apartment is very warm and cool in the summer
We are so grateful that we found Parkside. The building is clean, apartments gorgeous, excellent amenities, prompt response for maintenance issues, everything we could ask for. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rebecca initially gave us our tour. I can say over 6 months later that she is still as friendly and helpful as she was the day we met. She is such a genuinely kind and thoughtful person - always checking in to see if we need anything and going above and beyond. If everyone was like her the world would be a better place!

I’ve been here almost since the building opened. Fantastic amenities and planned events - you cannot beat it in this area. There are some absolutely wonderful people in this community. Maintenance team is very helpful even for the smallest concern. The office has been very nice, helpful. I will always say these units have great layouts, lots of storage and beautiful kitchens - that stove is awesome! The walls are thin though. Noise from upstairs neighbor can be unbearable at times especially when you want to sleep - you can hear everything in the walls including yelling and screaming between couples. Definitely a downside of apartment living but there are so many positives that make this a great place to live.

I am going on my second year living here at Parkside-Providence-town -center. It has continued to be a very wise choice for me to move here. The management staff is terrific always willing to answer questions and to get the answers to your questions or concerns if they cannot answer your question when first asked. They continue to provide monthly activities for all age levels. The maintenance department responds to your requests in a timely manner and works quickly to solve your request. Housekeeping excellent in keeping the property neat and clean. Management continues focus on the wellness and keeping residents safe and informed. I would definitely recommend living here as your next home.

Beautiful apartment, great amenities, and convenient location! The apartment is modern and spacious with great bathroom, nice kitchen and a nice living room. The amenities are great with the gym, courtyard and club room. The location in the town center is the best perk being able to walk to all the stores and shops.

Have been here for 2 months and really love it. The apartment building is beautiful, clean and lovely. The staff is kind and so helpful. All shopping is steps away. The maintenance guys are great. Our apartment is great, we love living here.

You can’t beat the location! It has everything within walkable distance. The building is peaceful and quiet and is well kept. The staff is helpful and friendly as well.

I've only lived here for 7 weeks, but management is so nice and helpful, and the neighbors that I have met are the same. I've had a few residents on my floor help me carry in packages and even chairs! The maintenance team is also very nice and helpful. Amenities are wonderful and shopping is super convenient! Giving 5 stars!??

Large and well thought out layouts in apartments. Kitchen has a lot of storage. Walls are very thin so you do hear a lot of noise. Staff is kind and helpful. Of the staff, Rebecca is truly the best at Parkside and one of residents favorite individuals. She goes above and beyond for us and we appreciate her so much. Happy living at Parkside.

Disappointed at how often elevators are not operating and trash chutes are locked. Very frustrating start to this complex rental. Extremely clean building and premises.

I’ve loved my time here. It’s private but you can also go and hangout with areas that have people in them and be social. There really isn’t anything I wish that could change but one thing I would love is if there was a sauna here.

Move in process was seamless. Concierge services are nice and staff is very supportive. We met few residents on our first day at the common area. Great community and we really liked the vibe and convenience to shopping at town center.
