Parkside Estates

AR building company is nothing but a corporate greedy business. They do not care about current tenants or possible new tenants. I recently came across them, approving a woman, taking her money and running her credit sending her a congratulations email that she was approved along with her move-in date, then they had the nerve to message her the next day, and let her know that her Victorian bulldog looks like a pitbull too much and they will be retracting her application. As stated before it’s nothing but a greedy, corporate company. The clueless women who work in the office are as stated clueless. They are Amanda and Edisa. They will blame the decisions on corporate figures. Yet they are the face of the company and the first main contact when you come to this building. Shame on AR building and shame on all employees who work here.

I recently moved in here at Parkside Estates and absolutely love it here. I met with Amanda who showed me around the property and helped me pick the perfect apartment to accommodate my needs. Amanda was very professional and answered every question I had. I also met Michelle that day and she too was very nice and very welcoming. Upon moving in, My apartment was in perfect condition and very clean. The property’s landscaping is beautiful! You can definitely tell that the staff takes pride in their work and keeps up with everything and everyone’s needs. I will definitely enjoy my golden years here at Parkside. Highly recommend.

I was young and dumb.. first I rented a one bedroom had two horrible neighbors on both sides, fast forward a year I moved to a two bedroom on the bottom floor paid 1500 to walk out and have puke all over my porch furniture from the neighbors above don’t forget the black mold and constantly stepping in dog crap if you weren’t careful.. horrible neighbors paper thin walls to the point I could hear the person above me peeing.. do not recommend

I moved in about 2 years ago. And I looked at this place a year before that. The first time I was here the place looked kind of bad. Over grown stuff, and the grass outside looked mostly dead. The apartments haven’t changed much, but since I came back 2 years ago the place looks fantastic. The grass is green again, there is a company always cutting the grass and keeping the place extremely well kept. I think this place is turning around and is beautiful!

Overall Parkside Estates is a nice place to live. Good location, quiet, pet friendly. The one complaint I do have is that it is advertised as “smoke free”. While there’s no smoking allowed in common areas, residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. My entire bedroom and closet smells like cigarettes. I’ve had to take all of my clothes out of the closet and store them in containers under my bed so that they aren’t ruined (that’s how strong the smell is). Just something to think about before signing an 18 month lease!

I have lived in Parkside for 18months and plan to renew. I have nothing but great things to say. Maintenance staff is AMAZING. Very quick and helpful with all requests. Same can be said about the leasing office staff. Anytime I have submitted a question they have been very friendly and gotten back to me in a matter of minutes. Appliances are up to date and apartments are spacious. The gym has plenty of great equipment and the pool is fantastic. They also keep all the facilitates very very clean. Plenty of parking too! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Want to hear your neighbors kids cry constantly? Or maybe you’d like to hear your neighbor snoring in the adjacent bedroom. Then this is the place for you! Also, do you like your dishes to be soaking wet when the dishwasher is done? Well I think you’ll really love it here.

Find somewhere better.. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they bring in new management. To say they have no idea what they're doing, would be a serious understatement. They try and do everything they can to rip you off. Stay far away from this place!

Just moved in a few weeks ago and love it. Management staff is very friendly and timely. Love the location.

ONLY REASON IT HAS A STAR IS BECAUSE I WONT LWT ME SUBMIT REVIEW UNLESS I DID, OTHERWISE I WOULD MAKE IT IN THE NEGATIVE!! I highly recommend not renting!! My roommate rented a 2 bdrm 2bath and a week after leasing the sewage backed up and flooded the kitchen,living room, bdrm and bathroom! They dud not replace the flooring in the bathroom nor did they repaint when they replaced cabinets! They charged us to replace the carpet, as well as painting and cleaning (which we did at vacating) The internet sucks and can never use on a daily basis! The dumpsters are also extremely full, people set garbage on ground, because there is omly one, and only emptied once a week, ALWAYS HAS HUGE FLIES FLYING AROUND! The walls are paper thin, feels like the up stairs is going to cave in! They have also ripped off a few other people i know that have lived there also, so please be aware and do research before commiting to this Rental property!!

The staff and location is wonderful. I have lived here for 10 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
