I’ve lived here for over a year and can confidently say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever called home. From day one, the staff has been friendly and professional. The leasing process was smooth, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-designed, with great lighting, quality finishes, and reliable appliances. Amenities like the gym, pool, and game room really enhance the experience. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The community is friendly and respectful, and management occasionally hosts fun resident events. It’s also a great spot for pet owners, with plenty of walking areas and clean pet stations. apartment is very nice, maintenance and front office staff are nice and helpful. have had some issues with the ac but the staff has been very diligent about fixing it and given us updates through the process.

Pretty good experience. There was a few things that needed to be replaced that we came across the first week of move in. Such as, new washer and fan. Also paying for pest control and living on first floor, we occasionally see bugs in apartment, maybe should spray more often near lower level unit doors.

I’m just now moving in and I’m loving the environment. The gym is very nice and the Amazon hub is so easy to access. The apartment is close to many places.

By far the worst apartment complex I've ever moved to. Cockroach infections on move-in day. Broken pipes daily work order. Just one(1) maintenance worker for the whole complex. Rusty appliances. Smelly and dirty hallways. The list goes on and on...

Hands down a great apartment complex! Janice and Kristen are so informative, kind, and on top of things in the office. I brought a complaint to Kristen and it was handled quickly, no questions asked! The maintenance team is so fast. I sent in a work order for a light being out and my ring doorbell went off within an hour! The apartment is really spacious. I didn’t think I cared about a view but listen these ponds with fountains are beautiful in the morning. They have two exits out of the apartment which is a game changer with all the traffic on Benton Blvd. Overall we have nothing but good things to say about Parkside!

Overall living at the Parkside at the Highlands apartment complex has been an enjoyable and positive experience. However the only downfall is that people who have dogs let them poop not only on the grass patches where people walk but also on the sidewalks! It’s just unsanitary and lazy and I think there should be surveillance to monitor the neighborhood not only to find out who is not picking up after their pets but also for safety measures and incase of incidents the cameras can be a back up for any case no matter big or small. Otherwise the staff is friendly and considerate when it comes to leasing questions or requests. We love the pool area and the updated amenities. Thank you for your time!

Not well kept. Office people don’t care to help you. Always trash everywhere. Looks nice from the outside but once you’re in you’ll see this place is not what it seems.

It’s a good place to stay I would recommend this apartment to anyone. To me it’s a luxury apartment it has great space nice size kitchen and bathroom it’s pet friendly I wish it was more parking but other that that it’s a wonderful apartment
