Panama City Beach is a coastal city with beautiful white-sand beaches – it’s what they’re known for! It’s a vacation destination on the Gulf, referred to as PCB (by the tourists, anyway). The city is located on the Florida Panhandle with miles of beachfront activities. To many it’s a spring break hotspot but to you, it is home. Pier Park is an upscale outdoor mall with a variety of shops and eateries. Sometimes there will be live music playing in the background as you shop and dine your way through.
When you live in PCB, you’ll have an abundance of water activities, such as parasailing and boating, at your fingertips. A variety of amusement parks call this place home. Visitors and locals alike enjoy the dolphin exhibit at Gulf World Marine and splash zones at Shipwreck Island. If golf is more you thing, Panama City Beach has it too. Numerous seaside restaurants are in walking distance of area apartments.

Think again before signing a lease here…
This is NOT a gated community. In the almost 2 years living here, the gate worked for maybe a week. This caused huge parking problems and even though there were “threats” to tow, management never did anything about non residents parking there. We didn’t have hot water for a whole week and it just was not a priority for maintenance to fix it. Get ready to be charged an arm and a leg when you move out. I have rented apartments for 15 years and never had move out fees?? Getting out of this apartment complex is awful. The traffic has become so bad that turning left out of the complex is nearly impossible. The turnover with the staff is constant, so consistency is an issue.

AWESOME LOCATION
Office staff was very friendly , loved the location. You can walk to the beach from the property. Very clean modern stainless steel appliances , huge chefs kitchen in the 2 bedroom units . Very cute property.

Awesome Location and pool
Property is in a great location and only 2 blocks to the beach . Pool is very nice and has the soak chairs and a great grilling area . Office staff was friendly on my tour and loved the stainless steel appliances and high ceilings in the apartment. Patios have nice screened porches and I can’t wait to move here .

Great apartment complex!!
Me and my wife decided to move to PCB in September of 2022, after vacationing here for 10 plus years. We narrowed it down to 5 apartment complexes in PCB and when we came to this one, the last one we visited, we knew it was home. Shannon was/is awesome and so friendly and gave us the tour. We moved in 3 months later in December of 2022. Then we got to meet the other ladies in the office, Karen and Deb!! Awesome ladies also. They are always so nice to me and my wife and everyone here. Can't leave out the friendliest maintenance guy in the area. We are thrilled to be here and have found this pace to be the best apartment's in PCB. Literally an 8 minute walk to the beach. Buildings are well kept, maintenance is awesome, very clean grounds, apartments themselves are very well kept up with. They offer garages on the premises which is great. The amenities are great. I just can't say enough right now about how good this place is. It's only been a month, but we know we made the right choice in choosing Parkside at the Beach!!

Best Location, Staff
I love the location of this community, I can walk to the beach and shopping. The staff from the office to the maintenance are by far the most caring folks that you can tell take pride in the community. I love having my assigned parking spot so I never have an issue with coming home at different times.

Awesome place with great people!

All the ladies in the office are amazing. They are knowledgeable and listen to concerns of the residents. I have had 2 maintenance requests: 1. A light bulb went out 2. My dryer wasn't drying properly Both were handled quickly Location is another reason I give this an excellent rating

Great place to call home
We’ve lived at Parkside at the Beach for a year now and I can’t be happier. The staff does so much to make it feel like a community. They do events every month, we have food trucks every week. Great Apartment Complex All Around!
Parkside is beautiful, clean, well- managed and worth the price! Great for singles and families alike with the manicured grounds, well tended pool with BBQ equipment, exercise room and walking path! Pet friendly with welcoming dog park. Even the retention pond is pretty with benches and water fountain with changing colors at night. Office staff is friendly, attentive snd professional and planning social events for all ages... including coordinating food trucks on site almost daily! Finally, the maintenance team is responsive and clearly competent. I've never regretted choosing Parkside!!

Great place
"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.

Great price
Property was clean, overall well taken care of. Nice having secured packages, gated community, and dog friendly areas. My only complaint was parking was a bit cramped, especially when I worked night shifts and most people were already home by then. But overall great place to live.
