Parkside Apartments

Parkside Apartments in Glen Ellyn has recently been taken over by Lumen. It takes several attempts via email and phone to get a response from the property manager. Often times no response at all. She doesn’t seem very knowledgeable or organized. The property itself is less than satisfactory. There aren’t enough dumpsters for the property therefore garbage is laying around. There are many lights out on the property. The laundry rooms don’t have working locks. The dog waste bins are often overflowing and don’t include bags therefore dog poop is all over the property. The parking lot is in terrible shape with holes and cracks. People leave personal belongings including dirty mops and brooms, and cloths outside making it look trashy. Address signs are falling apart. Overall, it appears the property isn’t cared for and it’s quite an embarrassment. Management needs to step up and be sure the property is in clean and working order.

I was supposed to see the apartment this following weekend because that was the day they offered. Don't tell someone they can tour the apartment and then never respond. Poor customer service, this is a telling sign of your business that I'm no longer interested in.

I haven't even moved in yet and I want to put out a THANK YOU note to the staff and specially the Office Manager who has been so very kind, patient and accommodating. From the moment I stepped foot in the office, they made me feel at home. Even the 2 neighbors I met. Thank you.
