Parks at Vine

I’ve been trying to get a hold of management for questions in regards of the property. Not only have they ignored my calls for a week but have picked up the phone and hung up on me. I’ve left multiple requests for information and nothing has been done.

There are too many negative things to list. Just tdont waste your time or money.. unless you enjoy a place where things get stolen, they don't really have camera footage for security, maintenance doesn't fix broken things and things promised never get done.

They never answer the phone, if you want to talk directly to them you either have to leave a message and hope that they'll return it or try to go in person. They are friendly UNTIL you have issues to report, then it's your fault that you have them and you need to figure out a way to take care of it. Don't hear much of wall sharing neighbors, but I can hear everything that goes on upstairs. The apartments are billed as luxury but that is not the case. They have a luxury facade inside and out, but once you get past the appearance and dig down there's a lot of issues.

This place does not care about its tenants. Not to mention I spoke to them about complaints I had made and they stated that they never got complaints about our neighbors. But yet when a complaint happens about my home their right on it!

t now So I reviewed this place month 1 after moving in this place... And now it's been 6 months and I had to update. This is the worst decision me and my little family could have made moving into this Place. I complained about the parking when I first moved in... Well it has gotten worse.. tenants here never have a place to park so you get attacked by other cruel tenants that take two places to park. 2. They have water damage all over this place but they hide it with paint so when you are touring you cannot see it. They have termite issues so bad that you have to leave absolutely nothing on your counters. In the bathrooms termite come from under the walls, ohhhhh and they will give people he'll about bring family guest to swim at the pool, but they have no rules when it comes to their own tenants not having anywhere to park. I am just counting down the days until we move out. Wish we signed a 6 months lease, I would've gladly been moving. Hopefully the army give my husband orders so we can run out of here. Please stay away from this place. Sincerely, a sad tenant.

These apartments are located in a nice area. They are a great deal and the staff is awesome! Definitely the best amenities and apartments in Radcliff.

This apartment complex is very peaceful and the management is very responsive. The pool is nice and the fitness room is small but few people use it so it's almost like using a personal fitness room. Rent can be paid online, but there is a charge to do so, which is inconvenient. There is a heater in the water closet that sits outside on the balcony which has to be turned on in the winter to prevent pipes from freezing and this is at your own cost and the heater is mandatory or you are responsible for pipes breaking in your apartment as well as anyone else's that might be affected. One neighbor below me did not turn on the heater and my pipes froze, but the maintenance was able to get them unfrozen after a few hours. Renter's insurance is mandatory. They are building additional apartment complexes nearby so the bulldozers are removing dirt to prepare for additional buildings. But, all in all it is a peaceful and safe place to live.
